Phillip was great - it was the first time we had worked with him. We had a slightly complicated trip to Turkey to arrange and he organised everything - with rapid responses to requests even when he himself was on holiday. Highly recommended - we will use him again. Highly organised and efficient.
Phillip and Jonathan, thank you for organising our South Africa/Zimbabwe holiday. It was a holiday of a lifetime thanks to you guys. The agenda was absolutely perfect for us and we will certainly be recommending you to our friends who were asking us for details even before we went! Ed and Lorraine

Phil and Jonathan are brilliant, they are extremely knowledgable and listen carefully to what you are after, they then know exactly what trip/accommodation to recommend to suit your budget. They organise everything and the whole thing is seamless. It gives you great peace of mind when you are away. We have used them for a variety of trips and every time they have created a holiday that has exceeded our expectations, highly recommend them both.

I have used Phillip (and now Jonathan) to book a number of trips for our family over the past few years. My absolute favourite was a safari holiday in Kenya. The service has been great and they are always available to help sort any issues - last January we had to get home quickly from S Africa in an emergency situation and Phillip went above and beyond to help and find us new flights.
