I’m really happy with the service provided by Pest Control, alhamdulillah! From the excellent customer service to the treatment itself, everything was explained clearly, including how to prepare the home beforehand and what to expect from the heat treatment for bed bugs.

They were professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process. They also gave me useful advice on getting rid of items I no longer need, which was a great bonus. We had a few constraints, but they reassured me that they would work with us to resolve everything.

Sany and Mahfuz treated my one bedroom loft apartment with a heat treatment and fumigation. They were very considerate in terms of keeping me up to date on timings and booking an appointment. Any doubt I had was answered professionally. Not only were they professional but friendly and I had a few good laughs with them. Bless them they were drenched in sweat from the heat and their hard work and for that reason I strongly recommend their service and I personally would return to them if any pest appear again.

My experience was very positive as the team were incredibly informative from the start. It is a scary situation for most but they managed to reassure me throughout.
They do a check on the day of all furniture to ensure the best outcome for the heat treatment, in addition to pictures and videos of the progress throughout the day.
Overall, a fantastic service which I can only recommend. The pricing is good taking into account the guarantee and support thereafter.

I would highly recommend pest hub to help support any pest control issues.

Initially they helped me with my wasp nest and then we had a mouse which they came and assessed the house and essentially bulletproof the house.

They also recommended a building service to help board up any entry routes.

The thing I liked most about pest hub they were very responsive to WhatsApp and follow up visits which is very reassuring when you have a pest in the house

Experienced bed bugs and looked straight to tik tok. Came across pest hub and the service they provided was 15 out of 10. Very informative and for the price, they provide alot! Thankful to the team! A job well done!

Amazing job, the brothers worked hard esp in 65 degrees heat in the house while it was even hot outside. Even though it was really hot they didn't rush and stayed the full hours making sure all rooms were complete. It's definitely not a easy job and they charge less than anyone else I've enquired with.

I use them in the past and they were really good, very professional and very helpful and when I asked them to re-check a year later they came around as promised and checked for me without even making a charge.

We had a flea infestation problem in our house. The team were amazing and came at our convience. Everything was done very professionally and we were offered Heat Treatment but opted for Fumigation as worked better for us. We haven’t had any problems since the first treatment. We would highly recommend this company. Excellent communication with the team and very good response time, everything was explained in detail and answered any questions we had.
