We had a swarm of bees arrive and start nesting on our shed. Tom came out and removed them for us, brilliant service. The few bees that escaped left the next day.

Thank you for the feedback, and for the fair "thanks anyway" at the end it's appreciated. I'm sorry the communication between our office and technician let you down; having to field calls on the way to site isn't the joined-up service we aim for, and I'll raise it with the team so we tighten things up.
I do understand the price felt steep for a short visit our charges reflect the technician's time, expertise, and call-out rather than minutes on site, but I'm always happy to talk it through if you'd like.
Most importantly, I'm glad the problem was solved that's the result that matters. If anything returns, just email me at scott@pestuk.com and we'll be straight back out.
Would certainly not recommend
Technician arrived to remove birds next in air vent. The birds nest was too far back and said the ducting would have to be replaced. In the meantime he would put wire mesh behind the new vent he fitted and promised me the birds could not get back in. I have an electrician replacing the ducting today no wire mesh and a vent the same that the birds will be able to get into again. The proper vent was not fitted. Over £200 for 20 mins work and lies. Would not recommend them.

Thank you for letting us know, and I'm sorry this has clearly fallen well below what you should expect from us. The issues you've described the vent, the missing mesh, and the bird proofing not holding up are serious, and I want to look into them properly rather than brush past them.
I'd be grateful if you could email me directly at scott@pestuk.com with your address and the date of the visit. If it would help, a photo of what your electrician has found today would be really useful too. I'll personally review what was done, speak to the technician involved, and come back to you so we can put this right.
I understand this has cost you both time and money, and I don't take a complaint like this lightly. I'd really appreciate the chance to investigate and make it good.

Bee swarm
We had a swarm of bees arrive and start nesting on our shed. Tom came out and removed them for us, brilliant service. The few bees that escaped left the next day.
