I called Pest UK - Guildford for ants. They visited and sprayed but the ants were still in my home two weeks later so they came back again to spray. Well, the ants have reduced but they are still there. I sent multiple messages on WhatsApp & called to arrange to respray. I kept being told that it was being chased and I would expect a call but I still haven’t and it’s been over 3 weeks since I first asked. They don’t do what they say on their website on the why choose us section, which says ‘guaranteed results for pest control problems.’ They DO NOT guarantee results. I will not use this company again nor do I recommend to anyone. I’d also like to add how overpriced it is - £180. AVOID.

Thank you for taking the time to lay this out, and I'm genuinely sorry. The treatment sometimes needing more than one visit is one thing, but being left chasing us over WhatsApp and phone for more than three weeks, and being promised callbacks that never came, is not acceptable and I completely understand your frustration. That breakdown in following up is on us, not you.
You're also right to hold us to what we say. We do stand behind our work, and a return visit to re-treat is exactly what should have been arranged promptly when you asked, so I'm sorry the experience hasn't matched that promise on this occasion.
I'd like to put this right straight away. Please email me directly at scott@pestuk.com with your address and booking reference, and I will personally arrange for the ant re-treatment to be booked in and make sure you actually get the call you've been waiting for. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix this.
Within 24 hours of contacting Pest UK, Ollie came and efficiently dealt with a wasp nest which was hidden in the shrub outside my kitchen window. When clipping the shrub I did not see it until I was stung! Very grateful for quick service, also to be able to speak to a person when I first made contact and not a recorded voice!
