Thanks for the kind words! Prompt service and a technician who talks you through everything clearly, that's exactly what we aim for. And being called a credit to the company is high praise indeed, he'll be really pleased to hear it. Thanks for taking the time to review us, and we're here whenever you need us again!
Highly recommended. We had an issue with rats burrowing into the garden from one of the neighbours’ gardens. There was quite a significant infestation. Traps were laid and we were given lots of advice on what to look out for and how we could help the process. A second visit was scheduled and 3 weeks later the traps were checked. It was very clear that some of the bait had been eaten; however, there was still evidence of pest activity, so fresh bait was laid and further follow-up visit was scheduled. The third and final visit showed a vast improvement in reducing the infestation to almost nothing and the traps were removed. We have had NO further occurrence and are very happy with the result. It is clear that Pest UK really know their stuff! Very professional, engaging and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for this wonderful, detailed review and for the recommendation! Rats burrowing in from a neighbour's garden is a really common challenge, and as you experienced, a significant infestation usually needs a structured approach: laying traps and bait, scheduling follow-up visits to monitor activity, and refreshing bait until the problem is fully resolved. We're delighted that by the third and final visit the infestation was reduced to almost nothing, and that you've had no further activity since. That step-by-step process, along with clear advice on what to look out for, is exactly how our trained, BPCA-qualified technicians make sure results last. Thank you for the kind words about our team being professional, engaging and helpful it means a great deal. We're here 7 days a week with fast, 24-hour response times whenever you need us. Thanks for choosing Pest UK!
I phoned thinking we had a problem with wasps in the loft. They sent someone out same day who checked everything and confirmed no live nests. Dave was absolutely brilliant so friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend the company,
