24 hour service but not immediate
I called Pest UK as it was a Sunday afternoon and they advertised a 24 hour service which I assumed meant they would come immediately. I explained the issue (scratching from my chimney) and they advised me that someone would come around the following day (which they did). I cannot fault the service, they were friendly and professional and removed the animal (a bird) without any problems but I do think that if they had come around sooner the animal might still be alive.
