Easy Process & Great Service!
Everyone that I talked to was very nice, responsive and helpful. They even offered to give me a discount on my extra letters after the 1st one, since I needed multiple. Got my letters within a few hours and it was all approved by my landlord without question!

Speedy and Reassuring
Though I was skeptical, PetCerts did an amazing job. They connected my paperwork to a therapist, approved it and sent my letter to me in a span of less than 2 days. An assistant was always there to answer my questions and let me know information on my paperwork. Will definitely return when I need to renew my letter!

Their ESA letters are priced very fair compared to some other sites. The process was easy, fast and got my dog taken care of! Jeannessy was a pleasure to speak with and overall the whole experience was great!

Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear about your experience. As we rely on licensed therapists in the customers local state to verify the customer is in need of a ESA or PSD letter, they aren't always able to provide an approval. In this case since we were unable to complete the order, we have processed a refund!
