I joke that our dog looks so regal sometimes, and this just captures his regalness!! The artist paid attention to my request to capture his beard. I love it so much I'd love to get another one! It's a surprise for my hubby and let me just say it's hard to keep it a secret because it is that amazing! Quick turnaround time and they really captured my pup so well! I highly recommend and brag to all my friends that they need one too!

I love my custom artwork! Once I put in my order, someone from the company reached out to my via email to show me what my artwork would look like and asked me to proof it before print. Once I confirmed the artwork it was created and shipped to me very quickly! Great company, I will use again in the future!

This is something I would NEVER typically do - but I did it, and now I want to do it again for the rest of my dogs! I purchased the middle size, which really I think is necessary, as this sort of royalty needs girth!

I ended-up changing my mind on the actual costume during the edit, and Pet Creatives was patient and wonderful with me.

Delivery took a bit of time, but I live way in Northern Canada, so that's just my normal.

TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. Spent 70 dollars on a photoshopped picture of my dogs head on a body that I could have done with my I phone. Came in WAY later than it was supposed to and they gave TERRIBLE customer service. Save some money and do it yourself

Ordered for the first time, customer service kept in touch through the whole process making sure it was what I wanted. Final product is perfect and adorable. HIGHLY recommended for everyone!

One of the best gift ideas for those dog lovers in your life. It's worth the price you pay. The person I gave it to loved it! The detail in the canvas is on point too. The fact that the company has you review the digital artwork before it's made into a canvas is a huge plus. I was able to make changes before the product was finalized. Would purchase again in the future.

Came exactly as pictured...my parents were thrilled and immediately planned where to hang it!

Great communication and fast service! Inquiries were replied to promptly and it was only about two weeks from the time my portrait was ordered to the time it was shipped.

Very poor all around. Poor customer service. Repeated attempts to cancel order were ignored.

The picture of our dog, Harper, in the Countess dress turned out wonderfully! The canvas is a nice quality, and it was nicely fitted on the frame. We love it! We will definitely be ordering from Pet Creatives again.

I ordered my portrait on Dec 4th, it is now the 27th. The website expressed it would take 3 days to complete. To be safe I paid an extra $25 for express shipping to ensure it would arrive by Christmas. Item has not arrived and each time I inquire through email, it’s a pretty generic response. I cannot get any clear answers of when or if I will even receive my portrait.

Highly would not recommend!!
