They helped us along the way, gave fantastic recommendations, and communicated with us with timely updates whenever they could. We were very happy with them and would recommend them highly.

Our sale wasn't the easiest!
Selling our Grade II listed property was challenging to say the least. We had far too many obstacles to maneuver, but Peter Clarke helped and gave great support on the way.

Sara Jordan Leamington office what a horrible woman, insisted we fill in all sorts of nonsense to get an apointment then didnt reply nada! So i walked in met by surly Sarah and she said property under process by others...so thats it? Couldnt be bothered to a) thnak us for registering or b) saying sorry we will keep you on books.

We recently moved into a new home and Renee and Jacqueline were a brilliant help and support throughout the buying process.
We had great fun choosing our kitchen, flooring and tiles with Renee. She is friendly, fun, helpful and always gets back to you on any issue, big or small. We built a very good friendship with Renee, who guided us through the buying of our new house. It was a stressful time, but both Renee and Jacqueline were very helpful and supportive. On the day of our move Jaqueline was on hand on the telephone and by email to guide and support us through the final steps.

I rented through Peter Clarke for 4 years.

During in that time I was happy with communication level of our property manager: Karen Hudson, she was quick to respond and dealt with any queries and issues we had in a timely manner when everything was in her control.

Peter Clarke conduct 6 monthly visits to properties being rented. Although as a tenant these are annoying but I understand the need to appease the property owner. We were lucky to have the same inspector everytime, and Wendy became a part of the cycle of living, she was always polite and courteous and has a brilliant ability to put you at ease when in her presence.

I can't attest to the whole experience of Peter Clarke as I have never let out a property or brought/sold a property.
But the people I were in communication with were a pleasure to work with.

I hope the manager/ceo of Peter Clarke values the diligence and hard work of Karen Hudson (property manager) and Wendy Whale (inspector) they were both a pleasure to communicate with.

Matthew at Peter Clarke provided an excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful, very experienced and had a deep understanding of the the Leamington Spa market. From our first meeting, I felt I could trust him(and by extension Peter Clarke) to get us through the sales process smoothly. He always picked up calls/called us back, provided the right steer on what our next course of action could be. Shout out to Pav also, she has excellent liaision skills, seamlessly providing comms between us and our buyer, as well as reaching out to our solicitor to keep things moving.
