I was sent the wrong product but…
I was sent the wrong product but communication with customer service was excellent in sorting this out. Still awaiting stock on the item I brought with no firm indication of when it might arrive.
Happy to improve the review score when I receive the item. I hear your suppliers/agents are not good at giving updates on stock. The item I ordered is readily available everywhere else which is strange.

Really good company to buy from
I shopped around for my dryer and found it much cheaper from here by quite a lot of money for exactly the same product, it was very easy to order and delivery was very quick, communication was clear and concise, the delivery lads unpacked it and took away the packaging, I will definitely save this company for future purchases and will recommend to others.

Happy with my bean to cup coffee machine. Service and delivery very promp.
The parcel arrived in its manufacturers box only which was undamaged but I do wonder given couriers just leave parcels anywhere these days and in any conditions how successful a refund would be.
