Ordered two kids robes on the 4th May. Reviews all said they got it within 24hrs of ordering. I'm in the second week of no robes, I requested several times tracking details kept being told I'll get them but never did. Got an email to say delay In robes but that was for adults not kids, people who had delayed on adults look like they have received thiers now, I still haven't received my kids robes. Now saying the colour I ordered is out of stock but on the website it's in stock (adults yes says out of stock) not kids which I ordered.
Now asking for a refund ... Silence...

Please don't waste your money trying to support this company.
I ordered on 29th April, kept checking tracking, but no joy! Did webchat, constant fibs. Now trying to blame Royal Mail.
They really cannot cope with orders why state on website fast delivery!

Jordan is an absolute legend! His robes are bloody wonderful and his customer service is fabulous.

I ordered what I thought was a blue and teal bogof offer with our names on. We were going to be so fancy - wet, but fancy! Then the order said only 1 robe. Yikes, thinks I and I send an email to ask what was probably a really stupid question. I needn't have worried as Jordan confirmed that two robes were ordered - hurrah!

Our package was sent so quickly with minimal fuss, brought by Dave the postie (cheers Dave). It was only then that I realised that my teal robe had defaulted to a grey one with no name.

I had a play with the website and found that it kept doing that so I sent an email to Jordan to let him know that we were happy with the robes but mine had defaulted to grey and the website may be hinky. The response was oh no! How can we fix this for you? I am sending you a teal robe.

And he did, he sent me a teal robe. He didn't need to, but he did to make me happy. And that is great customer focus.

Have given 2 stars as item ordered has arrived today 26th, ordered 16th… it is good quality however customer service has been poor hence the lower rating for the company.

I sent a message via chat on the website on Thursday 24th April to advise that I had not been sent any tracking details for my order which had not arrived, I was mindful that we had had a bank holiday weekend which could have hampered delivery.
The owner said he would check with Royal Mail the following day.
On Friday 25th I made contact again and I asked that my order be cancelled, as I had checked the website which showed my order was “unfullfilled” - I was told my order had been posted on 17th April, and Royal Mail had said it “was out for delivery” and again I asked for tracking details. I was told they would be provided after he had dealt with Royal Mail collection that day…. I heard nothing further.
My parcel, arrived today (clearly not out for delivery yesterday) and surprise surprise, it had been sent by Tracked 24 postage. I have used the tracking number on the parcel and have proof that this item was only posted yesterday. I am not impressed at being lied to and I will not use this company again.
Message to owner, honesty is always the best policy even when you have made a mistake!

Ordering was easy and the colour range brilliant. But what has made these a game changer for me is the coverage and the microfibre towelling ability to soak up water. This is simply the best changing solution I have had in all 60 of my years. Customer service excellent also.

I have 2 of these robes myself but recently bought one for my 94 year old friend who was struggling to dry herself after a shower. With the robe, she can pop it on, and wallow in comfort whilst drying off and have life a little bit easier. I cannot rate these robes highly enough and the customer service is fab!

Ordered a robe for daughters Xmas present on 29/11/24. Website said 2-4 business days delivery. Now 3 weeks later robe still not arrived. Contacted owner a couple of weeks ago who said item would be shipped following day. Requested tracking link but this has not been provided. Also requested a refund but he says item already shipped. Don’t believe it’s been sent as item still showing as not shipped and no tracking to prove otherwise. Very disappointed. Avoid.

I bought the bogof microfibre robes and the two robes embroidered with my name arrived in 3 days.
They are nicely made and great for at the pool where I'm glad I don't have to hold a towel round myself any more.

Absolutely perfect. Let's just say that I'm a big lad....... I was concerned that this would be a bit on the snug side like other similar products I've tried. It isn't. It's a great size for all and looks to be very well made. Thank you

I very rarely write a review but I have been so impressed by this company that I wanted to share my experience. The robe (teal microfibre) is fab - super roomy for changing and longer arms so there’s no danger of flashing through the arm holes ☺️ Customer service was excellent - I mistakenly ordered the robe twice so contacted the company via email and kept my fingers crossed. I received an almost immediate response - very courteous and very helpful. The issue was resolved and I was promised my robe the following day. It arrived promptly and I love it! I ordered the robe and it didn't arrive within the 4 days delivery.. Messaged the company and all I got told is how busy she is (which is great) but it was for my sisters birthday, which was missed.
No tracking provided, so no idea when it will turn up.
After the owner saw this review he said it was untrue and that I should remove it. This is completely true. The delivery 1 - 4 working days (Monday- thursday) He also said it should be delivered Thursday.
the fact remains, it was bad customer service and delivery. Very disappointed as I like the product. I wouldnt use them again.
I have now been hounded by emails from the company regarding this review. Very upsetting.

Absolutely amazing. I purchased a towelling robe at a beach shop after having an unexpected swim with no kit and it was lovely. Then a friend saw it and said wow you have a Peth robe I read they are amazing. I said yep defo are and weird as when I washed it it came out of machine dry !!! Since that I have ordered 2 more for me (names get embroidered on for free) and 4 more for friends who fell in love with mine. Wide choice of amazing colours. They dry you so well and are practically dry after.

Wanted a towelling robe rather than a dryrobe and seriously I couldn't be happier! 2 for 1 offer and personalised embroidery for a great price. We have a 24 hour sponsored swim in Sept and I have the team name on the front - Mermaid Mafia - and my robes are going to be perfect - like a huge, towelly, warm hug

I accidentally choose the wrong colour and jordan sent out a replacement and let me keep the original one

They quality is also amazing and I’ve since ordered a few as gifts

I had an awful time with this company. Ordered a long sleeved swimsuit on the 18th April the payment went through and everything. The product never arrived. After a month I emailed to enquire as to the whereabouts of the product and my email was ignored. A further 2 weeks after that email I rang twice and received no answer apart from a text message saying if I email someone will get back to me that day. I emailed again and said asked them to refund the product as a matter of urgency or I would elevate the complaint. Only then did I get a response and was told that had issues with their suppliers. A.month and a half I waited and wasn't informed about any problems with the order even when I had reached out to find out why. Luckily my money was refunded in the end. The customer service is terrible and although the email I received, eventually, was polite it should not have taken a month and half to sort it out.

Purchased two towelling robes for hubby and I. Love, love, love 'em!!! Lots of jigglin' around room xx lightweight for the summer, and good towelling effect. Had them embroidery personalised as well 😁. Great service and comms too from Peth and the team. Thank you xxx Tx

Peth have been a supplier of Iceguys robes for us for a little while now. Communications are always great, deliveries are prompt and most importantly, the product is top tier! I have no complaints at all and I'm happy to continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Absolutely adore Perth store! I have ordered multiple times and always receive a fantastic service! I couldn’t be without their fantastic robes for wild swims and I also have a costume/rash suit which I love! The robes are a game changer, warm and easy to pack, despite their size! I would recommend Peth products to anyone who swims!

Love my towel robe! It’s perfect for after sea swims and so light weight! Have also ordered swim wear which is always fab and love the bright colours! Never had any issues with my items and always arrive quickly
