I have always dreamed of keeping jellies and didn't realise there was actually someone who could make my dreams come true. I have kept a number of aquariums over the years but didn't have a clue about these little guy's. It all started with an enquiry to Petjellyfish with a very patience Adam. He answered all of my questions, worries and general madness regarding be able to keep them. They were answered quickly and he made sure I understood them all. Everything arrived as promised and on time. I spent most of my evening sat in front of the aquarium, they are very cool indeed. Thank you so much petjellyfish

I have now ordered both live food and 10 Moon Jellyfish from PetJellyfish. I have ordered from others in the past but I have found the quality of Jellyfish and Customer Service to be the best I have encountered. Adam and Willy were always happy to answer questions / queries and is a very friendly person.

I'm now at maximum capacity for Jellies, but I wouldn't hesitate in buying from PetJellyfish again. And I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

If you want Jellyfish go to PetJellyfish - you will not be disappointed.

If you want to purchase jellyfish (a niche requirement I realise) then I can't recommend PetJellyfish highly enough.

As a first time jelly owner I've had all sorts of daft questions which have been answered quickly and diligently. I then had to put an order on hold at the last minute when my new tank (from another supplier) leaked; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I bought a new tank here.

The new Moon Jellies then arrived exactly as arranged via overnight courier, complete with instructions to get them into their new home. Having been in for a few days they have settled, are eating well, and looking wonderful. We will be back for more jellies, and more daft questions I'm sure.

Tank initially arrived fine, however the salt was damaged and was everywhere. The company however did send replacement sea salt.
When the jellyfish arrived one had some bell damage they blamed it on me and refused to do anything about it. A months after I've had my jellyfish I noticed the tank was leaking which they blamed it on me and told me to fix it myself. So I bought some sealant and tried to reseal the whole tank.

Not worth the price they are changing. with the amount of sealant I used I could of made the tank from scratch myself. Even after all that glue used the tank started to leak again. They said there was nothing the could do for me do as there was jellyfish in the tank and I had passed there ridiculous 14 day return policy. Nothing like wasting half a grand on a tank that leaked after 3 month.

Edit: after I published this review the company contacted me and in a few different way asked me to take this down. When that didn't work the tried to bribe me.

Not sure why I went for jellyfish :D bought them instead of classic fish, and have to say I am satisfied. Its very unique to have creatures like this at home. Specially kids like them!:)

Amazing experience! Never thought having a jellyfish at home would be a good idea, but now all our family are used to it and probably will buy next marine tank soon. They are really relaxing creatures. Delivery took 2 days for tank and 1 day for jellyfish.

This company is not UK based, despite advertising as such. The people who “run” this company do not speak an acceptable standard of English, despite claiming to be a UK company, in order to resolve issues. Incomplete order and items sent were cheap, missing, broken, in poor condition and not fit for purpose. Nothing was as advertised. I wish I had researched all the fine print before ordering. If it was openly known as NOT a UK company, not a chance we would have parted with money.

All my life I've been fascinated with Jellies. I've dreamed of having one some day and "Pet Jellyfish" has made that possible. I never truly imagined being able to receive such quality items and LIVE Jellyfish (plural!) via mail! I am grateful for this company for making my dream come true!

Total scam artists. Nothing that came was fit for purpose and when we tried to rectify this, they sent scabby second hand, used parts in appalling condition and now will not communicate! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Despite their reply they have never sent any money back… *SCAM*

Great prices and amazing quality, very responsive email and flexible shipping schedule. Was sent to me (in the USA) on time, alive and healthy will be ordering again in the future.

Had some trouble with delivery but the store refunded the missing items in full.

I have bought a few times from Pet Jellyfish and the company has been very helpful and friendly with orders and advice. They have even provided videos of their stock when required and are quick to respond to messages.

This is my first review of any company ever but It needed to be done. Do not use this company. Shocking from start to finish.

First of all the tank was lost in the post with no notification from the company, I had to chance them. Came about 2 weeks late. They arnt Uk based as advertised, so I had to wait till late at night for replies. The tank eventually showed up with terrible instructions and half the advertised things missing.

Jellyfish then were promised on a Monday so I took a day off work to wait for them to arrive. Shock they never came so had to take another day off… again they didn’t arrive! Finally did the day after and they were microscopically small.

2 dead in the first week, the third looks like it’s about to follow. I followed all the vague instructions so I’ve no idea what I’m doing wrong. Salt levels are fine. Nitrates are fine. Feeding daily. Changing water weekly. Adding the ominous 2ml of unlabelled liquid they gave me every 10 days. I’ve emailed Jellyfish UK and they seem way more helpful. Oh and the £500 tank I bought leaks…

Don’t use this company they are a total waste of time and money.

Don’t know how to respond to the comment below so am replying here. The jellyfish were microscopic. I ordered 2 more from another company and they were 4 times the size. Also they didn’t send me a free tank or any free jellyfish that’s nonsense. Finally they got the price wrong as well I did pay 500 gbp, it was 449 for starter pack plus 40 for shipping. Not the number they suggested below.

I ordered the small tank and when it was leaky they sent a new tank straight away. Bought as a present for my boyfriend and they were more than helpful as we are first time jelly owners! Would recommend for anyone fancy trying them. Thank you!

I ordered the small o20 tank the desktop one and unfortunately it arrived broken. I got in touch with Adam on the email and h was super helpful and sent me out a new tank straight away! He's responded promptly to all questions and provided tracking numbers for everything. Fantastic service, good looking tanks and happy new jellyfish owner!

I purchased the O16 tank. This tank was easy to set up and came with everything I needed for maintenance. The customer service representative was able to address all of my concerns and questions. And after adding my Jellies, I could not be happier with my purchase. Overall, I had a good experience and would highly recommend.

Brilliant service and good information given by Adam and jelly’s came in safe and good quality packaging the tank was very easy to set up would recommend to go with Pet jellyfish if your new to saltwater animals.

Came to this site from TikTok video - Coleen Travels. Got my jellies a few days ago and they look fine. I did not get my tank with USA plug, had to buy in in Walmart.

This company is absolutely shocking. They should not be selling jellyfish!!!! They are not UK based company for a start. They are based in Czech Republic. The jellyfish are salt water creatures and the water must be cycled! Their only instruction is to put a bit of bacteria into the tank! This is not how you cycle the tank. I am on many FB groups for jellyfish keeping and a lot of members have absolutely shocking experiences with this company. Their jellyfish basically died after a week, because they've followed this company instructions and because of that, the water wasn't cycled (cycling process can take up to 3 months) Do not believe many of those "positive" reviews on here they are straight from Google translate! Just shocking!

Bought o2 tank with lactoides jellyfish - they are amazing !
