Awful I dont get how people like these are allowed to sell to the public

I have spent the last 4 days demanding a return label, each time they will respond completely ignoring your return label request and go on and on about how they will deduct £35...

Shocking after sales, machine went wrong after a few months and they’ve tried everything to wriggle out of replacing or refunding. Avoid

Delivery was prompt and the kit easy to use. I have purchased two items: the Eversweet cat water fountain and the Automatic Dual Hopper cat feeder with camera.
Water fountain: this one of those purchases that makes me smile ever time I see it there, doing its thing in the kitchen! It is so well designed. I can see the water level instantly, a little blue light flashes in case I haven’t noticed the level and it’s so easy to refill - genius in its simplicity. The motor is powered by induction (bit like your electric toothbrush) so no wires dangling in water. You just lift up the tub and take it to the sink. And it’s so easy to keep clean.

Cat feeder: another great piece of kit. Great for when you go away or on holiday. Easy to setup and use and the camera checks all is well with you furry companions. The only slight issue I had was the occasional jamming. I have solved this by not filling it more than 75% capacity - still plenty of kibble even for a longer holiday. I don’t recommend it for really large cats like Maine Coons, as the bowl is big - but not enough for these breeds or similar very large cats. The app is straight forward to use and the facility to immediately dispense a portion or two proved invaluable whilst watching TV!

Im sorry the person below me had issues. I ordered the petkit proultra and it was delivered in 3 days, the accessories came in 2 days. I've held off reviewing for a bit because our last automated cat litter was crap after a while. This one is a game changer. Straight out of the box (easy to assemble) I can see the differences and see this would be much easier to do a deep clean on. The cats were a bit hesitant at first, despite using a similar litter for a year. I think the rotation of the main housing and moving the camera freaked them out. Two days later they both use it...they are regular like clock work so I think im gonna programme autoclean. I can spy on them at work. They are never there and are on my bed asleep obviously. I've just done the first autopack after getting an alert on my phone. It took 10 seconds. All I had to do was pull out the sealed empty bag. There is no odour at all from this litter...nothing. I was concerned about the price. I paid 300 hundred for my last one that rhymes with smells pet...it was a headache after 2 weeks and eventually snapped trying to Rake clumped litter. This system is so much better. And you can watch how it works. I was concerned that there's no cover on the front, it doesn't matter because every is dealt with swiftly, sealed, deodoriser...its easy to dissemble to clean the barrel (which is really lightweight) once a month. As you can see...I think its amazing.

Something is wrong with their system, after order was placed I noticed that my address got changed to random combination of my address and other address details. There are no option to cancel or update an order on their website. I tried to contact PETKIT, but no working phone number, I used email but looks like customer services are not available on weekend.
