We booked a Pet Let Holiday home at Encounter bay in SA. It was such a beautiful home by a lake and a private pontoon where we could go kayaking and chill. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had the most relaxing family weekend at Wolfgang's Shack in Middleton. It was in such a peaceful location with everything provided as described, lovely views, and easy access to the beach.

This home is simply wonderful. A very cool, retro feel with all the amenities one could need. Excellent location, quiet with nice neighbours. We even met the owners and found them to be lovely people and rightly proud of their property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We had a great stay in Goolwa. House was modern clean and tidy with a large backyard for our dog. Lots of amenities including a coffee pod machine. It was an easy walk to the beach and not far to supermarket

We have stayed at and reviewed 4 Crystal Court Encounter Bay before, and again had a fabulous experience during our recent stay. There has been a big improvement since our last visit, with the installation of friendly neighbour very high fencing on the back boundary creating ample privacy. With a lovely creeper growing up this fence, it all framed the stunning gum tree full of parrots beautifully. We found ourselves spending a lot of time in the back garden enjoying the serenity of this quiet neighbourhood. Our dog absolutely loved running around the spacious garden. The indoor living area is so bright and cheerful, especially when the beautiful plantation shutters are open, the fresh air and light just spills through. Thankyou Petlet!

Access to the home was straightforward and easy. The cleaner was still there when we arrived and was lovely, even helped out!
The house is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating in a lovely open space. There are dog water and food bowls in the laundry room so no need to take that stuff.
The view of the sea is stunning with a completely open view and the deck is a great place to sit around a large outside table and chairs.
Bedrooms and beds are comfortable. The bunks room has a TV and games paraphernalia for the kids, or adults as the case may be😁
The games room downstairs is a great place for happy hour, playing 8 ball and ping pong. If you are really in to 8 ball, take your own cues, the ones provided aren’t great and a couple have no tips. The pool table is not quite level. Downstairs has a seperate toilet. There is a laundry type sink in the main room too.
PetLetz were easily available which is handy if anything is required or anything goes wrong (which it didn’t)
The stairs were a challenging for the older people in our group although having a support on the front steps to hold on to was great. There is no support on the rear steps.
Would stay there again!

We had a fabulous stay at 45 Underwood using an SA Govt Coast is Calling voucher. Pet Let were friendly and professional to deal with, making it an easy experience. Everything was exactly as described and instructions easy to follow. The property itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Location was great and heaps of lovely outside space. We didn't have a pet with us but it would be a great, secure property for pets. Thanks Pet Let.

My partner booked and we had to cancel. We canceled 3 weeks before and they informed us that if they got another booking we would get a full refund. No booking came in and we are out of pocket around $800 book with someone else if you can because they don’t give you a refund and they keep your money even though you didn’t use the house. Other places would have refunded so I recommend choosing another agency.

No negatives with this idyllic holiday house - we appreciated the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and stunning views, including Netflix and a games room for extra entertainment. Would highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, house was located in a great spot with all facilities. House was well maintained and clean. PetLet staff were easy to communicate with. Also like the fact that the house was locked with door keypad, no need for carrying keys! Can't wait to stay at the property again.

This house is magnificent - stunning location, beautiful, gracious rooms, fabulous antique furniture, and, overall, a really lovely, comfortable ambience, right on the esplanade. We spent four happy, relaxing nights there with extended family and our two very happy little dogs. Highly recommend, would love to return for an even longer stay.

We had three dogs with us. This was our second visit. We chose the Cottage in Victor Harbour as one of our dogs has alzheimer's and we wanted to go to a place she was familiar with. PetLet allowed us to bring three dogs when we sought approval. They checked in to make sure that akk was going well and everytime I needed to contact them the response was quick and fantastic. We love the cottage as it is easy wling to the beach, the main street and other attractions. We equipped, furnished, lovely back yard which is also secure for the dogs. Would not hesitate to return.

We had such a wonderful stay at this pet friendly home in Goolwa. The house was incredible!! clean, homely, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It was so special to be able to bring our furry friends along and all guests couldn't stop raving about it!

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The Pet Let team were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience seamless.

We absolutely loved our time here and would happily book again!

What a fabulous little cottage. Beaut, secure little back garden for the doggos and the house had a "come to me feel". Rare. Loved everything from the quirky but tasteful decorations, lovely comfortable beds to the awesome location in terms of access to everything. Would we come again? In a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Beds good. Everything you need. Great bbq. Loved going up to the back acre and sitting looking at the view. Saw kangaroos. Our dog loved being able to run around so much.

The accommodation was spotless, spacious & had the most amazing views from the lounge & patio. It was so peaceful, the only sound you could hear were all the beautiful birds, just what I needed. My greyhound felt very relaxed yet was spacious enough for her. Wish we could have stayed for longer.
