I have been paying insurance for 2 years. Never put in a claim. I had my dog neutered, so put in a claim for the $20 that I was entitled to. Long story short... drama... not from me. So I decided to cancel my membership and use another insurance company, only to discover that I am locked in with them for another 10 months. I didnt read the small print, this membership is annual. You cant cancel it. I have never heard of such a thing.

Worst insurance company read reviws before going with this company. Un trust worthy / wish I had reviewed this company 2 years ago before flushing hard earned money down the drain -10 stars all round, do not trust your family members heath with this insurance company. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Happy to take your money sights pre existing condition for ear infection. No claims payed out.

Absolutely rubbish will not cover our dogs ACL operation, quoting some fine print. They are only insuring themselves not you!

Terrible insurance company. Their policy's are annual which means you cannot cancel in between the year. Even if your pet dies you need to pay until the next annual premium date. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM!

My experience with Pet N Sur has been nothing short of a nightmare. They breached the Privacy Act by sharing my partner’s personal information with me, even though our policies were entirely separate. This blatant disregard for privacy is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, dealing with them has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve had to constantly chase them up, making endless calls just to get basic information or have issues resolved. Their staff are rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. Every interaction left me feeling like they were more interested in mistreating their customers than providing any sort of service.

If you’re looking for an insurance company that values your privacy and treats you with respect, look elsewhere. This is not the company for you.

I have two dogs insured - longest for five years and have never made a claim or missed any payments. Unfortunately due to some unexpected financial circumstances, I wanted to cancel this insurance temporarily. I was told that I couldn't cancel as I was locked in for a year! I was shocked. Due to this I checked all my other insurance policies and this is the only company that I ensure with that does this. I will be checking the small print on any future insurance, but when you need to do that, trust is lost. I will say that they were the cheapest at the time when I got my fur babies covered and until I heard this, I had not had any reason to doubt they would pay out on a claim, but this policy is enough for me to not use them again.

They're there when you need it most! So glad to have them cover Billys bet bills

This was the only one who would insure an over 8yr old pet.
They have been really good with claims its as email as just filling in the form, attaching he right documents and then you get the 50% co-pay back.
My guy is 16 now, so i dont know why most pet insurance is cut off at 8

They ring and ring until you say ok then months later my dog needs a vet, declined as pre existing condition. If your dog has ever had an itch of any kind then you claim for an inflammatory condition it will be declined as a pre existing condition.
Absolutely not impressed.

My cat Brian needed surgery in his back leg joint.
Made a claim and it was dealt with immediately.
Would definitely recommend.

I got a months free insurance from the place I adopted my kittens through. I recieved a call a few weeks before the trial ended to ask what plan I would like to go on to which I said I will look into it and get in contact if I wanted to go ahead. A few days before the free period ended I recieved another call from the same person claiming that I asked them to call me and again which plan would I like to go on. I politely declined and right after the call I received 3 seperate emails with policy quotes. They have since been ringing almost me every single day for the last 3 weeks, from two different landlines. I feel uncomfortable with this and have blocked their numbers as of today. Very disappointed and a big red flag. Glad I didn't go ahead with insurance through Pet-n-Sur.

I have had pet-n-sur for my 3 pets for the last 2-3 years and have made claims for all of them!! The claims were all accepted and I received the $ promptly for all claims. I would recommend this insurer to others.

Honestly, find yourself another company that will actually look after you and your furbaby. This company just continues to take your money and act like its doing you a favour, when in fact they don't give a damn. I wish I did more research before signing up, now I have to pay the year premium to get out of this crappy contract. Find another provider

You have taken more money this week when it finished on the 24th March you never payed out for two of my 4 cats and made me keep paying for a year for the other two after it was canceled and now are still ripping me off and that is not fair after i have paid you for years for nothing stop stealing peoples money it not fair on the animals.

I done a quote with these guys, the lady was amazing to deal with. But I have forever been bombarded with phone call after phone call. Which has hugely put me off this insurance company!
I don't like being pressured or nagged. Which is what it has felt like.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Reason they are cheaper is because they hardly cover anything and when given advanced notice of a pets need for surgery they didn't even advise that I couldn't claim on the same kind of procedure as was less than a year ago, by 1 month!!!! They also lock you in for a year but don't tell you that ever in the disclosure. DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH COMPANY, save your time and money and go with a different company!

I will like to be able to give them 0 stars,1 is to much. I have been lucky to have a very healthy dog, paid them for 9 years without claims, first claim got denied, my vet was shock. It has been more than a year trying to cancel the “service” and they say that it is all done but they keep charging, 10 years and counting all together, worst scam ever, 100% those good reviews are fake, my next step is fair go

I have pet insurance with S/cross for both our dogs however, with a premium of $114 a month (thats $1328 a year) this still doesn't enable me to claim back the total cost of their annual vaccinations without having to pay more - I receive $25 per dog irrespective of whether it cost me $80 for the smaller dog and $150 for the medium-sized dog. I have paid ~$3400 over 3 years and had successful claims for ~$300. I love my dogs but I am seriously considering just opening a savings account and placing the $114 in there each month for a rainy day.

Pet-n-Sur create their own definitions to avoid paying out. My cat had surgery for an obstructed bladder, but they claimed this was no surgery as no incision was made. Horrible experience, do not sign up with these people!

Disgusting customer service, was told everything was pre existing or genetic.
Got $20 for a years worth of claims, asked why and was told I didn't itemize every claim ie every visit and reason etc. Would have been better off putting my money in dog account.
