Terrible, waiting a long time for delivery so tried to cancel then it arrived after putting a dispute in with PayPal, on arrival wanted to return and told to post to another customer or return to Italy at my cost. The product is cheap rubbish and appears very flimsy. Do not order from this company

Not satisfied with product. Came out very faded. Didn’t seem to care that I was dissatisfied.

Terrible. I ordered custom pet ornaments and paid for expedited shipment. I received 2 completely wrong items. On another, the coloring was so bad that I didn't recognize my own cat. They didn't size the heads of the pets to fit and match the ornament, so they looked like floating heads and were not attached to the king/queen clothing as depicted. They gave a refund for 2 ornaments, but not the others and no refund on the $53 in shipping I paid.

Initially I couldn’t find the link to upload my photo so I sent it in the get help for order link on their site. No reply. Found the link in an email buried in spam folder next morning, uploaded same photo. Sent email, and another message on their Etsy site, no reply. Got notified my order has shipped with a note “personalization not requested”. Sent another message. No reply. This is a Christmas present so there is a window I need to order in. Completely unresponsive and it looks like they are shipping me a generic pink sock. So annoyed, never experienced such poor customer service. Will not be back.

Absolutely love all the products I have received from petparty.co, and the customer service is amazing!

The mask is very low quality does not form to your face AT ALL!!! it’s just a piece of very thin cloth hanging so you would definitely have to wear another mask underneath for actual protection.

Stay away! Company doesn’t ship with tracking so when your package doesn’t arrive they don’t care. Don’t respond to emails or social media.

Package has not arrived after almost 2 months. Customer service is extremely slow and/or unresponsive, and says to keep waiting for the package.
