PHA evidenced excellence in the field of their expertise. They gave me clear explanations of what needs doing and when, they explained my role and their role to get things done, gave me information simple for me to understand. Communication has been very effective and I did not miss instructions on what needs doing and when.They took away the burden of books off my shoulders. Very good.
