Good, straightforward service.
The cost of delivery seems high.
Could a non-express, lower-cost delivery be offered?
To that point, the packaging of the drugs to me was small, but packed in a cardboard box of around 15x10x10 cm.
Maybe, smaller packaging that allows delivery into an ordinary letterbox, would offer cheaper delivery?

Unfortunately, DPD Ireland charge us the same for a small box as they would an envelope. We pride ourselves on a fast, reliable next working day service which other courier providers cannot achieve due to taking on additional volumes since Fastway went.
