Two month expiry date on six month supply !!
Bought a six month supply of biotin from this company and they sent me a pack with only ywo months before they expire !! Obviously I am not going to use expired medication. No refund as yet despite contacting the company. I will update if that changes.

You chose Unexpress customs clearance, so the package being held at customs is unfortunately beyond our control. You need to contact them and pay the customs fees
The customs process is handled entirely by the local authorities, and your package will be released and delivered as soon as they complete their checks.

At the moment we are not happy, we ordered New Zealand Lipped Mussel on 24 December, we understand that this is a busy time for the post,
and haven't not received it yet. Because we live in Guernsey it is normal that from England automatic the VAT is taken off the price. We hope to receive the tablets soon. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. You placed your order on December 24th. Please note that our fulfilment centre was closed for the holidays from December 24th to January 2nd. Your parcel was dispatched on January 3rd.
Regarding the VAT, since you selected the UK as the country instead of Guernsey, the system automatically calculated VAT. However, we will issue a refund for the VAT.

Absolutely fantastic product
Although this is my third bottle of this supplement, it’s the first time I’ve bought direct from the company’s site but I’ll definitely continue to buy this way in future. Seamless from start to delivery and arrived very quickly. The Collagen supplement is the best I’ve used - it’s has actually made a visible difference to my hair and nails and my joints are definitely easier.
