Hi John,
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I want to be very clear that there is absolutely nothing going on in the background. All of our draws are conducted fairly, transparently, and in line with our published terms.
It is worth noting that repeat winners can and do happen on low-odds competition sites, especially when some players choose to enter more frequently or buy multiple tickets. Every entry has the same chance, regardless of who the player is, and winners are selected entirely at random.
We publish results openly and run live draws where applicable to ensure full transparency. We understand how it can feel frustrating when luck does not go your way, but we can assure you that fairness and trust are non-negotiable for us.
If you would like any clarification on how our draws work, we are always happy to explain.

This gentleman went through beyond help for me. I signed up and deposited £40 but for some reason my bank has taken it even though it got declined. He went above and beyond to give me £40 back out of his own pocket. Just shows there are some nice decent people about. So thank you so much for your generosity
