Ross Graham was superb start to finish - from first organising a very competitive quote to arranging delivery, answering all questions along the way and various visitors to site and finally accepting the delivery and making sure all items were fully operational before leaving. The service engineer was very helpful and explained what the process would be. He told me how long the process would be prior to starting. This allowed us to modify certain elements of when work would be carried out due to a regulatory inspection occuring onsite at the same time. Order arrived on time
Order arrived on time. The representatives were very professional and helpful with all queries throughout the process from requesting a quote to receiving the goods.
When the freezer arrived, I asked them for help with setting up the alarms and switching it on and the sales manager went out of their way to help. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.

Easy ordering & delivery
I found it really easy to get hold of our rep, Abdullah, who was incredibly helpful. He visited our lab to explain how a new incubator could fit, took me through the order and delivery process and sorted quotes for me really quickly. When it came to the delivery, it was super easy and the team were brilliant at installation and taking the old incubator away. Really happy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
