Philip Jones Timber Products Opiniones

Excellent product and excellent service.

Doing a job 200 miles from home, I was a fish out of water. I had no clue who the local merchants were, the quality of the product and pricing.

Philip Jones Timber came as a recommendation and it's one I'm glad I was given.

The service from picking up the phone and getting a quote through to placing the order and delivery was top notch. I left ordering a bit late but they were able to get me a delivery in two days (and offered next day!). Delivery charge was reasonable.

The range of timber available is brilliant. There are not many places that sell motorway rails and 4*3 posts! Pricing is very competitive and the quality of the product A++. In an order of 320 feather edge boards only 2 were rejects - that's not just good, it's not normal! Usually I'd expect to put up with 2-5%! The 8x1 was exceptional quality and none of the 2x1 had catastrophic knots.

The chap delivering was super helpful, helped unload and had good chat.

All in all, a great experience. A shame you don't service London, you'd kill the competition!

Very helpful and friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be using them again

Cracking service, ordered with same day delivery at very competitive prices. Will definitely be using going forward.

We've been ordering from Philip Jones Timber for a while. Quality and price of product is fab. The staff go above and beyond. One delivery driver even helped me carry nets of logs up a massive hill (it was snowing and the van couldn't get to the top). Brilliant service all round 🙌

Absolutely spot on! Brilliant service and competitive prices. Highly recommended. Such a pleasure to deal with 💪

Quick and professional, and the boys Ethan and Philip went out of their way to get everything perfect to finish the job regarding my shed from the timber merchants.it was made bespoke to fit my garden gap, and I love it.i will definitely be using them again.thanks guys

Pop in yesterday and couldn't be happy with the service I received. I wasn't sure on what i needed but had a idea. I explained on what i was after and the lady was amazing very knowledgeable about the product and even helped me with something else. Delivery was within a few hours and again the guy was very helpful. Everyone was very polite, professional and with a smile. 100% I'll be back. Thank you and highly recommend

Excellent service and quality shed. I bought extra oil based wood protection in rustic brown to treat it again this year. Thanks again Danielle and Team 👍👍great job!

First time I ordered from Philip Jones, timber cut to size and delivered the same day. Excellent service, very happy customer.

The price of the gate was very good compared to many of the the main merchants also it was in stock unlike other merchants that had 4-6weeks lead time .
The service from the young lady Danielle was excellent she was very friendly and had very good product knowledge . Will definitely recommend and return in the future .

The perfect fence panels arrived quickly. The driver was very helpful and carefully carried the panels down steps to where I needed them. Excellent service thank you.

My father has a solid fuel burner and central heating. He is elderly and had run out of kindling to light the burner but I was unable to visit as it had been snowing heavily and I live 20 miles away.
I contacted Philip Jones and they delivered firewood to my father within an hour!
As a family we are very grateful for such a caring and efficient service. Thank you.
