Philip Jones Timber Products Opiniones

Great quality decking boards.
Purchased on two different days in the same week. Fantastic customer service on the first day and was helped by the female assistant to load my car. As a 50+ woman with dodgy knees, I was really grateful. Went back for more and the guy just counted out my decking boards and leaned them against a truck and left me to struggle.

Really quick delivery and fantastic fencing, really pleased with my order. The customer service is also brilliant, highly recommend!

Fast delivery and great products. Would definitely recommend

Wood was good quality.
Gentleman on hand brought it down to the car fair play to him give him a raise
Lad behind counter promptly refunded wrongly measured(my mistake) post fair play give him a raise.
Although it would be nice if the company answered my emails about a custom cut post I needed, had to spend my money elsewhere instead of with yourselves.

Easy to use website helpfully delivery driver and staff on site

Good value for money timber, delivered on time, dropped where I needed it. No fuss

Quick response and great service

Very happy with the timber delivered. Also came at a very good price. Would recommend

Delivery was prompt items were great quality and delivery guys were friendly and helpful

Good Timber. service was good, a little wait but yard was quite busy for pick up.

Good quality decking at reasonable price. However, I ordered online and was notified when ready for collection but when my partner went to collect he was told that it had already been collected! It was eventually sorted but he had to have different length planks as the length I ordered was not in stock.

Excellent service for ordering my shed and having it installed in under a week. The whole team were great and the guys that erected the shed were polite friendly and professional. A pleasure to deal with. By the way, lot of positive commente from neighbours as well. Thanks

Excellent customer service, by Danielle. Excellent product knowledge. Prices were very competitive. Fabulous range of sheds, wood storage, bike storage etc. Well worth a visit.

Order 3.6m hard wood sleepers, very good price compared to online retailers. We changed our minds for the layout of the garden and wanted 2.4m lengths. No hassle to swap and change products at all and they were more than happy to accommodate a re-delivery and pick up of the other sleepers. Benefits of going with someone local V’s online!

Ordered and paid £500 for decking, had to wait 4 days for delivery, morning of delivery could I postpone it as they were too busy ,I replied no I needed it especially after waiting the 4 days ,then just before receiving my delivery was phoned to say out of stock and could pay extra for a longer length board ,WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE don't go there go to fencing and decking instead much more reliable

Excellent service. Home delivery was very good. Easy to order online.

Danielle & Team provide excellent service, and the yard is stocked beyond imagination,
Huge range of products and service with a smile
