Incredibly poor customer service
Incredibly poor customer service, buy your ebike anywhere else. After experiencing a fault with starting the bike I contacted Philodo support and received no help except for a link to buy a replacement battery for £369, a week after buying this I received an email informing me the battery can't be shipped as the courier doesn't deliver to my address, despite receiving deliveries from that same courier in the past and contacting them myself to confirm they would deliver. I then tried to order via Amazon and received a different email several days after that to inform me that they can't ship it die to regulations that prevent shipping the battery to my address amd after addressing that with Philodo support they suggested that I can try ordering a throttle and rear controller. Absolute waste of time and money
PHILODO H8 60v is so powerful
I bought the H8 60v and it has so much power I don’t even use it all. I had a couple problems but customer service has been very good.
Battery Charger not working on intial charge. Poor quality control
I bought the Traveler Cargo Bike from Amazon ...the PHILODO Cargo Bike. The bike was easy to assemble and took it for a small ride with the battery which was 2/3 charged. Bike rides great. When i went to charge the battery, the charger does not work. I reached out for the last two days and the response has been underwhelming. I provide serial number, picture of the battery info, battery charger in action (although it was a picture showing the lights did not come on) ....and now it is crickets. This is such a frustrating experience.
Great bikes
Great bikes, great customer service from my experience I've owned 2 different models an H8 and a Forester both are excellent bikes and even after experiencing some minor problems, due to simple wear or in one case accidentally breaking a part they replaced the part for free even though it had been broken accidentally. couldn't be more satisfied.
Less than 1000 miles and it's CRAP!
The bike has done less than 1000 miles it's performance is awful.
Changing PAS from any level upwards and the bike immediately loses 2-3mph and becomes unresponsive for a couple of seconds.
The wobble on the front wheel is almost out of control, you have to have two hands on it at all times otherwise the wobble becomes too much and it throws you off.
Overall the bike is poorly built and I have issues with the mudguard, the bike rack frame and the noise in general from it is annoying with that many rattles.
The bike provides a very poor ride and I would not recommend these to anyone.

Don't buy this bike I have had nothing but trouble from this bike since the day I got it don't buy. Keep away from philodo H8 . I was talking to someone by the name of cola sent some parts to fix it but they still don't work so avoid at all cost . So im left with a bike that doesn't work and i payed big money for a bike that is in my shed. As much as i asked to send it back and get it replaced o no they just sent parts that did not work.and i have sent over 120 emails and still no joy to day is 12/02/2025 Sean Farrell

Hi. I just checked. The bike you purchased in 2023 has already exceeded its one-year warranty. We are unable to provide you with replacement parts. Please cooperate with us in diagnosing the problem. If you want to replace the parts, you need to purchase them yourself.
No serial number = no insurance coverage

Unfortunately it got stolen after 1,5 month, and the bike doesn't have a serial number, so the insurance won't cover it in Denmark. One thing I didn't consider.
Unfortunately Philodo doesn't provide this service, so won't be buying a new one.
No post sales support
No post sales support. I bought the Jumbo and it's falling apart within the first 30 miles. Broken Crank, the lever to release the built in battery fell off. the rail for the secondary battery is loose and I'm afraid to tighten it more as it feels like it'll strip. Rim cut through the side of a flat tire. Rear shock is 'frozen' so I guess it's a hard tail? secondary battery has a red LED when checking charge. Feature or fault? Who knows as it's not in any manual. Oh and did I mention they are not answering queries via email or website form?

When I got my bike it had issues. The horn, taillight, and headlight did not work. It has now been 10 months and they ignore me. I took it to a bike shop and he told me it would cost more to.fix it then what I paid for it. They are not professional and could care less about you as long as they got your money. I will be leaving reviews on every site possible. They are a scam company. You have been warned!

Bought 2 bikes the H8 and the Jumbo. Both had mechanical issues and when I contacted them after the initially contact they ghosted me forcing me to take the bikes to a local repair shop and get then fixed at my own expense.

First of all they don't let you know that you may get a FedEx duty bill, mine was £149.01 and I had to pay this and claim it back, this took me several attempts, emails and phone, but eventually they paid it back.
Secondly Gary, not his real name, it's something like Guarev does not listen to you and argues with you constantly denying any concerns or issues you may have.
First I had a punctured innertube and he said he would replace this, never did, I went out and purchased another and then told him, he sent me to Philodo to deal with. I bought the bike from you, If i could have dealt with Philodo it would have been a lot cheaper and as i got it from your USELESS company then it's up to you to deal with me and not Philodo, the owner of POGO cycles does not accept responsibility.
Finally i have an issue with the speed of the bike, on all the research I did it does 35mph, mine only does 28mph. By the way POGO clowns it does 35 mph with a full adult male rider on various road conditions not on a stool with no rider, who buys a bike to test on a stool with no rider.
Now both Pogo Cycles and Philiodo told me to put it on a stool and do a test, I'm not joking either.

many YouTubers showing the bike doing 35mph,
that they were all lying and have modified the bike
Please do not buy anything from this company, they will not take any responsibility for you, they will argue with you, not listen to you and then even worse fob you off and tell you to go the manufacturer.
If i could have good to the manufacturer in the first place I wouldn't have wasted £1600 with your pathetic sham of a company, I bet it's a fraction of the price with them , but as a member of the public we can't shop with them we have to buy from cowboys and con artists like you.

I was pushed towards Philodo by Pogo several times, they have still not re-imbursed me for the inner tube I had to buy.
They also said put it on a stool and test it!
They also ignored several of my emails and have ignored my claims.
Buy somewhere else!!!!
First off, no number to call a human. Second, placed an order on 12/7/23...it is now 12/13/23 and it's still showing it's sitting in California. I live in Rhode Island. They took my money and no longer respond. Filed a dispute with my bank. Hope I get my money back from these crooks.

Told it was out to long eight months !!!!!! Having now to take its partner in ireland Pogo Cycles through the small claims court for satisfaction . Do yourself a favour and get your bike somewhere else with a company that is in some way professional

It is expected to resume inventory in 1-2 weeks. After this time, we can process the refund for you. very sorry.
They probably don't realize that the amount for purchase could be a monthly salary for someone.
I have seen in the reviews that there is someone else with the same problem.
Update 9/10 answer: it takes expected 1 to 2 weeks!
update 22/10 the bike did arrived and to ensemble was really easy.
My first drive was yesterday and it was great!
Very powerfull, a real monster in a nice way.
One thing I have to write that they really gave an answer within 24 days!

My experience with PHILODO BIKES and their customer service was outstanding. It has been an absolute pleasure to order a Philodo P7 electric bike from their online store.
Despite the fact, that I live in a small village on a remote Greek island, they arranged perfectly the delivery with UPS combined with a local carrier. The bike arrived in my village about three weeks later.
However, one small part arrived broken, most probably it has been damaged during shipment. I emailed them immediately attaching some pictures and they offered me a replacement for the broken component, free of charge. No more questions were asked and about a week later I had the replacement part in my door!
Thank you philodo.com, I definitely recommend this seller, buy with confidence..
