The whole experience to receiving quotes, emails, testing and results was impeccable. My son of 14 yrs is needle phobic was made to feel at complete ease with an experience that has changed his views that blood tests don’t have to be so daunting. Outstanding service - warm, friendly, welcoming and flexible enough to be able to bring the appointment forward when we got there early. Blood taking was professional and all the requirements were clearly thoroughly familiar and well executed. I normally don't give reviews, but it was easy to give this one as we were so impressed.

However, Laura easily fitted my family in, for a quick session of blood taking, which turned out to be utterly hilarious with the best Phlebotomist I have ever had. Becca really knew what she was doing, and put my sister at ease who was nervous.

An excellent service with faultless communications. Because of my own sensitivities, I found the fragrance levels in the building (presumably from air 'fresheners'), difficult to deal with, but as the cost of a home visit is so very reasonable, I will just opt for that in future.

The team were friendly, the facility easy to find and everything was very prompt and efficient. Booking the clinic via Medicheck was also very easy.

I was greeted by my first name, which was nice, and assured that not being able to fill out a form on line was not a problem. The phlebotomist was friendly and caring and talked me through the procedure which was very helpful. Thank you.

We called Phlebotomy Services Kenilworth Ltd out as Gp surgery could not visit for 2 weeks! As the patient is 91 years young this was just too long to wait. The lovely Phlebotomist that came out was professional & kind. The results were back at the Gp surgery within 3 days, worth every penny.

Excellent service from Phlebotomy Services Ltd., who responded to my email request within hours. I was immediately given a choice of appointments at my home for my blood test. I am classed as extremely vulnerable to infection and I received assurance that my safety was a priority. Becky my phlebotomist on the day was kind, reassuring and extremely proficient. I don't normally give blood easily. Becky had no such problem!!
