Amazing team. Fabulous service always!

We had Jack from Phoenix to do our annual TCL A/C split inverter system.
We've used Phoenix in the past and found them very professional and knowledgeable. Response for the call out was excellent. He arrived on time and did a tidy and clean job. Jack was friendly, respected our property and gave good feedback on completion. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a domestic AC setup.

Can't recommend Nathan and his team highly enough. I've had two Daikin Emura units installed in the past couple of years, and the entire process, from initial contact, survey and quoting through to installation, has been a good experience. Nathan is very responsive and his team of engineers are great.

I had to get in touch as one unit had developed a drip: Nathan responded immediately and had engineers out to me the same day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, tested their fix and explained what they were doing as they worked, and tidied up after themselves. Absolutely great team at all levels of the business.

Fantastic service, from the initial consolation with Nathan through to the installation with George, I was given a recommendation for another company by a friend in the industry but let’s just say they were twice the price and the unit they offered was not the same quality as the one Nathan and his team provided.
I opted for the daikin stylish unit in black, as it went perfectly with our new garden room, had all the functions we needed and was Wi-Fi compatible, we could not be happier
