We help brands, manufacturers, importers, contract fillers and private-label sellers place cosmetic products on the market legally in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and the GCC. Our work covers Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the UK Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013, the US Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), and GSO and SFDA requirements across the Middle East. Our services span the full compliance lifecycle. We prepare Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR Part A and Part B) signed by qualified Safety Assessors, compile and maintain Product Information Files (PIF), and complete CPNP notification for the EU and SCPN notification for the UK.
