We use Phoenix to service our gas boiler. Always reliable, very efficient, good communication and staff are friendly and polite.
Possibly not the cheapest, but their engineers are excellent & we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Phoenix fitted a new boiler for me in 2018 and it has been serviced by their engineers for the past 5 years.
Serviced again this week and it was excellent as usual.
I highly recommend Phoenix and have just signed up for another 3 years service offer.

Having booked a service with British gas, a special offer at £99, I was contacted by Debbie at Phoenix, having my previous services with them, to say my service was due. Turns out their price was cheaper than B. Gas anyway, even more so if you take out a 3 yearly offer. I booked my appointment for next week but within an hour, I was contacted again to say a cancellation had come up and duly had my service done that afternoon. I can't speak highly enough of Debbie and her team,so I took out the 3 year offer that worked out at £72 per service. Excellent! Dom, who was the service engineer was lovely, explained everything clearly, did a great job and even put a couple of batteries in the control panel as it was virtually dead. What's not to like! Unfortunately trying to cancel with B. Gas was a nightmare, but well worth it in the end. Well done Phoenix and thank you. Su Zie. Silverdale.

Highly recommend Phoenix Gas Furlong Road Tunstall for excellent service. From original survey done no chasing left for us to contact and even though a few months later after other work carried out we were booked in within a few days for a boiler replacement at original price quoted. Fitting engineers and electrician were brilliant quick and efficient no messing work carried out all within the day and site tidied. The outside wall made good a few days later done perfectly bricks matching

I was contacted by Phoenix regarding a problem I had with my boiler and was given a 6hr window for someone to arrive. Totally amazed that within the hour an Engineer arrived. He was so polite and professional and fixed the problem immediately and also instructed me and made sure I knew what to do if the problem arose again. I can't fault the Engineer andwas extremely pleased with the service I received from Phoenix...5*

As always the young man who attended was so friendly and courteous he explained everything he needed to do so efficient always happy to have this company to do my gas service

Phoenix Gas is fabulous. Very polite, helpful, courteous on the telephone nothing is too much trouble. They are efficient at returning calls and their engineers let you no in plenty of time their ETA.
The Engineers themselves respect your property, they explain everything they are doing and why the problem may have occured.
I highly recommend this Company for any problems that may arise with your Gas Boiler.

Have had these guys out before for boiler servicing (through housing association) but today had an emergency so they had to be called out. They sent a lovely guy who was friendly, cheerful, efficient & professional. Sorted it immediately. Thank you young man you was brilliant. Would definitely recommend them

I rent a property and have always had good service from Phoenix they've come when they've said they would and engineers have always been pleasant.

We had a new boiler fitted last Year and the experience was great, we have just recieved our 1st boiler service from Phoenix and the engineer was exceptional. will use again very pleased with this Company.

As I missed 1st appointment tried to reschedule on Friday last week but been told it normally takes 48 hrs to arrange someone, however on Monday morning during school run I received a call and person on phone was really polite and super helpful as i booked day off on Monday to make sure i don’t missed out 2nd appointment and he managed to arrange someone for same day which is highly appreciated. An engineer arrived as requested after school run hours and was polite, completed all work in timely manner and inform me that there is no issues and left. Overall really happy with service.

Gas safety inspection. Inspector was extremely friendly and efficient, great service no complaints !

It’s apparent there is a clear divide between the service private users get to the service and treatment families receive who rent their properties.
Yet the chances are my rent is more than a mortgage and i too work full time 6 days a week, i and my child matter as much as anybody else.

After three visits I’ve come to run a bath, the basic of needs and not much of an ask to have running hot water? And again the water is freezing cold.
So why isn’t my boiler being fixed to last? New parts have been replaced yet every couple of weeks it breaks down and we can’t enjoy our weekend plans.
I have a weakened away planned which is a very rare treat, and I can’t bathe and wash my hair to get ready. My son can’t wash ahead of going to his Nans.

5 star ratings from private customers. 1 star from renters? I’d be interested to know what this company is paid by Housing Plus Group? They must be malign a fortune off their backs yet give us a poor service as though we are scum of society.
Us renters we are skilled staff like you are, NHS nurses, farmers, mechanics, post office employees, carers, council employees, drivers. We matter too!!!!!

Very competent workman who carried out our service today very professional
