I am happy enough with the Phoenix group as they contacted me to advise that I had a small pension with them that I had forgotten about, although now I have to pay tax which has annoyed me, but hey ho.

I got in contact with you telling of my brother's passing.i don't expect to receive an email addressed to my brother asking how his experience was. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful.

Easy to understand to make a good decision.

Had pension didn't know i had ,they found me . Customer service was excellent. All sorted.

My account was closed quickly and efficiently, taking into account a tax code provided by the revenue.

She explained everything well

I phoned to cancel a policy. The first person told me I needed to speak to a second person who would give me options. The second person had no options to offer son that just wasted my time. I cancelled the policy with the second person and then cancelled my direct debit having told them I would do that. Two weeks later I got a letter flagging that my direct debit had been cancelled and did I want to reinstate it. Just a bit sloppy and amateurish.

I got my answer very quickly and job done on time

After chasing me via letter and post I finally responded and met with your inability to confirm that I was the correct contact even though the contact details in your letter - finally talked to someone who could confirm my ident, You made promise to follow up with details via the post but have as yet failed to do so.

Been a customer for year had zero contact from the zero help or advice nothing. Then I as to get my money out moved they shut me down shocking.

Same thing as every other time.
No pension details on your website.
Registering for online info a complete waste of my time.
Your antiquated method of having to call you everytime I want a simple pension value is really unacceptable

The lady who handled my call was excellent. Explained the process needed and how long this would take before we started. She also explained why certain sections needed to be asked even though she knew they weren’t relevant to me and my circumstances. She was very polite and listened to everything I was saying.

Slow for a transfer of one of my plans

The information i required was explained to me clearly and in a understandable way.

The length of time trying to get through on the telephone took forever. Tried several times to connect on there site as they reccommend to do, but everytime it was unavailable. It has been a very long time to finally get to a stage where the information I needed has arrived. Lets hope it won’t be too long now before I receive my pension.

I called snd people i dealt with were very helpful and hopefully i have now done all i need to to to swap my policy so i can get to it.
