Amazing care, was really looked after from start to finish by Elaine and the team. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to have surgery 😊

I went to Ekol ;from the UK) for dental treatment with my sister October 2024. This was actually my 5th visit, a mix of treatments for myself and as a companion to family members always looked after by Elaine and Canjel primarily. I cannot speak highly enough about the 2 of them and other staff who I/we encountered. The first time I went was with my daughter for treatment for her and I was worried! My worries were soon put away as everyone was so reassuring hence I continued to seek Elaine out for further treatments. If you are considering having treatment but apprehensive due to it being away from your home country … consider no longer, just do it! You won’t be taken better care of anywhere and you definitely won’t regret it!

Booked to go in oct 2024 for a tummy tuck and breast uplift. The experience was great from start to finish. I did have an allergic reaction to a tablet I was given. However they made me feel reassured at all times .the room was lovely and clean and we were cared for professionally. Elaine was there to explain everything from start to finish and any queries dealt with. I'm now 7 months post op and returning in July for a further procedure and feel safe in their hands. Any concerns they will address and always some english speaking staff or Elaine and her daughter anytime you need them 😁

Was looked after from minutes I arrived till I left staff were very good and also Elaine who helped with anything I need even after I flew home , definitely recommend

Iv been to ekhol twice for breast uplift and then an implant both times everything was professionally done with the best outcomes so pleased with my surgery results and felt supported the whole time

Absolutely 5 star from start to finish! Made the whole process so easy and reassuring the whole way through. Canyel and Elaine are an absolute credit to this place! Made us feel comfy and at ease constantly and couldn’t do enough for us. Even after my surgery the care and commitment from them hasn’t stopped! If your thinking of going to turkey for surgery then I would recommend no one else!!

My wife and l visited last October in the very capable hands of Elaine and her daughter. Elaine was recommended to us by some of are Irish friends who had previously visited under the care of Elaine. It’s fair to say without their recommendation we wouldn’t have gone. The whole experience was very professional and the staff were so caring see to all are needs not just the treatment part of the process.
Elaine though coordinated everything before we left for Izmir, airport and transfer pickup and throughout are stay/ she was brilliant and we can’t thank her enough.
Needless to say l’m head back out next week with my son for his treatment under the care of Elaine so l can relax and enjoy the visit

Elaine, Canyel, Dr Arif and all the staff were brilliant. I bombard Elaine with texts asking a million questions before I came over for my surgery and Elaine always replied straight away. Everything went like clockwork, pick up from the airport to the hospital, welcomed by Elaine and paid for procedure, shown to my room and then tests before going out for my evening meal before surgery the next day, lots of forms to fill out too.
Next day meet the anaesthetist and a few more tests, meet the surgeon and this is when he gets his felt pen out to draw on you 😂, a few (embarrassing) photos and see you later. As planned I'm whisked off to surgery and wake up later all done. The nursing staff are in and out doing what needs to be done and you seriously can not fault them, they are so efficient and if I ever needed anything I could contact Elaine via WhatsApp and straight away someone came to me. Elaine or Canyel saw me every day until I was transferred to the hotel (wow) all in all I am so pleased I chose to have my procedure done with Dr Arif via Elaine and Phoenix Rising (recommended by a friend who had been twice herself) and if I have any regrets it's not having it done sooner because now I feel I have got my mojo back 😊

Elaine at Phoenix rising was absolutely amazing on my recent visit to Ekol hospital in Turkey. I had 2 cosmetic procedures and nothing was too much trouble for Elaine and her lovely daughter. They both made my hospital stay so much easier. My surgeon Dr Arif was second to none. Thank you all so very much. X

This was my third time back . I have so much trust in Elaine and my doctor Dr Arif Aydin. I had a reverse tummy tuck this time. Elaine is always there if needed with her beautiful smiley face and caring nature . Her daughter Canyel is also around if Elaine isn't available and is a fantastic girl. I have no worries when they are there . Nothing is too much for them . Dr Arif is lovely genuine man . I think he works miracles as I have every faith in him and his ability as a plastic surgeon. He would never do anything you don't need done to your body . It's about what's best for each individual person and not about making money .

I went to here in November to get survey I would recommend it. I would do it all over again. I got my conadents back. I can't believe I was 13.09 now I am 10.02 soon i will be back the doctors and nurses was the best in and out the whole time to see was I ok. Will be back

From the moment I contacted Elaine, to having my surgery and the after-care even up until now has been unreal, I cannot highly recommend this place enough, the team and everyone else involved was perfect, thank you very much for changing my life and making me feel at ease 😊

Second to none, very attentive care at hospital, nurses are so friendly every morning the surgeon would come round, after care was great when I got home, any concerns Elaine (representative) would respond straight away and always kept in touch to see how I was doing and give appropriate guidance on my healing. My friends and family have all had great experiences. I had a tummy tuck and the result is amazing.

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of my journey. Elaine was so friendly and helpful both online and in person when i met her in Izmir. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she really put me at ease. I would recommend this service!

Elaine is just delightful to deal with, from first contract to booking surgery was a very simple process, she is very knowledgeable on procedures and aftercare. Always available by WhatsApp.

Elaine has a good working relationship with surgeons, and nurses so you are rest assured your well taken care of. She was there from consultation with the surgeon, seeing me off to surgery and way around when I got out of ICU. Nothing was too much for her.

I have planned and booked my next surgery with phoenix rising surgery.

Great communication, very well organised and well taken care of every step of the way. Follow up action and care also superb. 5 weeks on from surgery, the results are looking good, but obviously the final results will not be known for a further few months but so far so good

First surgery April 2023 then again July 2024 - from first contact, to leaving the hospital on both occasions her reassurance, communication and aftercare was second to none !!! She was with me for the full journey and since become more of a friend than service provider
