From start to finish everyone was very helpful especially Elaine she could not do enough for you as has kept in touch as have the doctor.

From start to finish my experience was amazing , I was very nervous before going but when I arrived all my worries were gone . The staff were so attentive , they couldn’t do enough for me, the hospital was so clean and the rooms amazing . My surgery went well and I am very happy with the results, it has changed my life! . My Rep Elaine was amazing from start to finish she was there making sure everything was ok and I had everything I needed . I will definitely recommend to others .

Right from me going to Manchester to the consultation with Dr Arif I have felt like I know exactly what the procedure was going to be and what was going to happen. I paid my deposit then. I liased with Elaine and she answered all of my worries and concerns. We put together a plan, she explained step by step what would happen and sent lots of info on the hospital and photos of previous patients results. I booked my flights and booked my surgery. Elaine sent a payment link which was so easy and secure to use, no messing taking cash and no pressure to pay straight away! When I got to Izmir someone from Ekol was there to greet me and take me to the transfer. Elaine was at the hospital to meet me which was lovely, in fact she was there for all the important things she even came down with me as I went to theatre for my op, her daughter Canyel also came to see me, shes such a lovely caring girl. The staff at Ekol are superb even coming to my hotel room to check on me after I left hospital. Everything was so well organised I never felt scared or worried. Since I've been home Elaine has been on the end of the phone and anything I've asked her has been answered promptly. The operation went so well, my surgeon Dr Arif has truly worked magic I am so happy with the results. I thank the team so much. I will in future be having more surgery and will definitely be using this company again. I cannot recommend them enough...excellent!!!

I had an M.M.O which was organised by Phoenix Rising. From the first text with Elaine to still being in contact I felt completely comfortable about my operation. Elaine answered all my questions and worries I had which made me feel completely at ease. Elaine and her daughter Canyel where present whenever Dr Arif or his team were there .Nothing is too much for either of them . So easy to talk too and felt like friends and we had known each other years . I am going back next year and of course I will be using Phoenix Rising again as I feel so well looked after and can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed with their care .

From the Elaine was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful, on arrival I was very well looked after by Canyel who explained everything every step of the way, they also both popped in to see me before I left asking how i was and there was anything they could do before I flew home.

Well from booking right through to final check up at Ekol hospital with Elaine and Canyel nothing was too much hassle. Everything went so smooth and always made feel so at ease. Form the time I first spoke to Elaine I knew I was in safe hands with her knowledge and expertise. I also got to meet Canyel her daughter who was so professional and reassuring and came to see me every day as Elaine was away. She became a friend for those days I was there and I knew if I needed her I could text and she would be there as soon as she could. Elaine even messaged me on her holidays overseas so there qas never a moment I wasn't in contact with one of them.
Fabulous Team and would definitely recommend, I myself am an Intensive Care/ED Nurse and aim to always give a high Standard of care and this is what I had from then. Thank-you very much.

Had my second operation in turkey and even though I can't fault my last experience, booking with Elaine has been amazing. The support she has given before, during and afterwards has been brilliant. The staff at the hospital were great too, surgeon and nurses all spoke very good English. Already thinking of my next operation.

I had a surgery in July. Elaine and her daughter were looking after me so well from the the minute we started planning the whole stay. Whatever I needed they accommodated me so well from ordering food to taking me to the hairdresser or get things from the pharmacy. Even If u only need a good talk and reassurance I can guarantee u r in good hands. I can not thank them enough for my experience and their efforts to make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Elaine and Canyel really do go that extra mile for their patients. From start to finish I felt well supported. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately and I was given all the information I needed to understand the full process. I had a couple of minor complications during my stay and Elaine was instrumental in keeping me calm reassuring me and liaising with the surgical team. She is a strong and capable patient advocate and made the whole process so much easier. I would not hesitate in recommending her.

Elaine is 100% an amazing person. I booked with her for a sleeve at ekol hospital. And this lady and her daughter went above and beyond expectations. From booking to arriving and leaving she and Canyel were fantastic ! I could not of wished for anything to have gone any smoother. They were messaging prior, keeping us upto date, meeting us at the hospital and spent the whole time at the hospital while me and my mum was there they was with us through the operation , when we came round into recovery and there for us at all times. They even sorted hair and nail appointments after. They made sure we was well looked after.

Surgery was a* my surgeon was fluent in english and did 2 leak tests before leaving. The nurses are incredible.

We met a few people there that was having similar surgery and some of these people couldt even get a reply from there rep. Let alone them turn up in person. They went as far as sorting other clients and answering there questions when they couldn't get hold of there own reps...Such a lovely family and I will 100% recommend booking through Elaine just for how great her customer service it was like family with you. I will certainly be booking again. They even still keep in contact 6 weeks on and messaging me to see how I am, if I need anything. Absolutely aaaa**** thankyou both of you. X
