4. after 2nd email from me threatening them with reporting to credit card company for fraudulent transaction, I was allocated case agent "Holy"
5.After additional email from me quoting my credit card provider policy for refund of fraudulent transaction I got bull reply about clerical error (on their side) being the reason for delayed refund.I was asked to provide Paypal email for immediate refund.
6. After additional 24 hour delay I got my refund via Paypal!
7. It took 16 days, number of emails, and raised BP, but got my money back!!!
8. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF THE COMPANY CHANCING THAT FOLK WILL NOT CHASE RETURNS !!!!
9. AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!

Absolute scam. They take your money and wait 24 hours until its in their account. Then you receive an email saying your phone can't be unlocked and a refund will be sent. No refund ever comes!! Untrustworthy scammers!

Total scam. Took my money, phone still locked. Never replied to my emails. They need to provide the code to unlock it, but never did. I then found out your network provider can give the unlock code FOR FREE!!!! And it only takes a few minutes to do!!!

Update on my order with this SCAM company order placed 21/09/22 could not provide codes still waiting refund have disputed with credit card company got to wait 30 days then can chargeback but please try to get a refund as it’s only £11.99 but it all adds up in their bank there is another site as well that is also scammers so beware I wish I read this site first before ordering please don’t use them

I spent £25 buying two orders because I wasn't sure what network my old phone was on. I received two separate email orders with failure to unlock on both. They promised me a refund and within 5 to 7 days. Ice been scammed. I've disputed this with my bank. The law in the UK entitles the bank to pay me the money back. I'm hopefull.

As all the other reviews here state, the website is a scam and a few days after recieving payment you will be sent an "unlock failure" email and no refund will come

This is a big sh..! They maybe taked a lot of money from people... It's a big SCAM!!!

Scam. Take your money and then nothing but fake emails. No refund as promised

A 100% scam. No refund after 2 months, countless emails. Literally, a fraudulent website.
2 phones to unlock, 3 fails.
Why 3 you ask. 2 fails are from them being unable to unlock 2 simple phones....the 3rd fail is me, using them the 2nd time.
Avoid. Absolutely useless, pointless service.

Wish I had checked reviews before paying. Received email stating they are unable to unlock phone. Refund pending; I'm not holding my breath.

As many reviews show, this is a scam website. Failure to unlock a phone which is actually not locked. Tested to see if fraudulent and it is. Do not use this website, it is fraudulent.

SCAM site. I paid and it took longer than the 24 hours to get a response. I emailed asking for the status. I then received an email that they were unable to provide a code for my phone and would issue a refund within 10 business days.

I did not receive a refund. I emailed again, no response. Emailed AGAIN no response. I will need to go through my bank to issue a chargeback. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They failed to unlock my phone and then offered a refund but despite numerous messages they have failed to provide a refund. SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam took money. Next message saying phone was unlockable. Next a message saying they will refund. That was March now it’s April no refund

Scam don’t use! Lost my money and there support email is fake, I paid to get my phone unlocked and got an email back saying they couldn’t do it and I would get a refund. The refund never came and there support emails don’t work! Thieves!

Couldn't unlock phone. And not processing refund...will chase up with my credit card provider now and see where I get.
