Terrible company...I got 3 fraudulent charges on my debit card from their website/company. Had never heard of them till that point. I reached out to them, called their number at least 8 times and no one ever picked up. Emailed them about the fraud with receipts and details and got NOTHING...No response whatsoever.
Maybe if they see this they will respond.

I have called and left messages three times and no one calls me back. I have also left messages on their chat. No response. I bought one of their portable chargers at the airport and the cable was missing. Very bad customer service.

Charger only shows one bar. Would never charge my phone. Contacted the company with 2 e-mails and even went on their chat line to discuss the problem. No response. They sell you the product (defective one) and leave you with no response or even try to help you resolve the matter.

I've been using my Elite for about 6 months and it works great. Very portable with strong magnets.

Beginning on 9/2/0/23, I emailed Phone Suit requesting a replacement for my FLEX XT Pocket Charger after the blue lights that show the charge level went out so that I couldn't tell when it was fully charged or how much charging power remained. The charger was not two months old (received 8/11/23)when this request was made on 9/20/23 with follow up emails on 9/26,10/2 (included photos), and 10/9. The request falls well within the one year warranty against defects. The company response has been radio silence and it is now 11/1/23. I am not impressed by the product or customer relations.

PhoneSuit sold me a case charger that is not the right size for my phone although my order receipt notes my phone size should have be right, as ordered. Now they telling me to send it back at my expense which is almost the cost of the unit. this is BS

They attempt to scam their customers, purchased a $90 charging case and it never shipped after weeks of waiting. Once contacted for a refund they continuously told me it should be process within days so they continuously pushed back the date it would process. After over a month and a half of this process (ordering/cancelling/refunding) I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and informed them of the situation. Surprisingly enough I immediately received a full refund after taking this action.
