Untrustworthy , unprofessional , unreliable. I have had a really bad experience with them, I hope you don't, so I am posting this.

0 Stars. The order did not deliver, and there is no response from them. Absolute fake.

These people did not deliver the order at all. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise with a bouquet and a cake. I paid 3400 rupees in advance. The delivery never happened. They neither pick the call, nor reply the messages. Total Fraud.

Ordered flowers yesterday that is charged to the credit card and not delivered today as requested on order. Texted customer service (that states all agents are busy) and have not received response. Should have read reviews, almost 50% rated as “1”.

Several attempts to contact on WhatsApp, phone was never answered. The vendor has the order number and has been requested to refund the money and has been reported to the credit card clearing company.

had a disappointing experience with Phoolwala. I placed an order for flowers and some add-ons worth around ₹2,600 (Order #PW187102), but they charged me without delivering the items. Despite calling their customer care about 20 to 25 times, no one answered or responded to my messages.

I plan to escalate this issue to the consumer forum to seek a refund. I strongly advise others to avoid using this site.

Worst customer service,not picking up calls

Totally a fraud company!!! My partner ordered flowers for me and those didn’t reached to me. When checked with the company they said that the person tried to deliver but nobody picked his call, however i haven’t received any call from the delivery person. And now they stopped taking our calls! It was a prepaid order. We paid for nothing!

First, the flowers and chocolates were delivered six hours earlier than the scheduled time, which completely defeated the purpose of the surprise. To make matters worse, the delivery team called the recipient—who was not even at home—to confirm the delivery. This not only spoiled the surprise but also caused unnecessary confusion since they were unaware of the gift.

It’s shocking that a company specializing in such services failed to understand the importance of timing and discretion when handling surprises. If you cannot ensure these basic elements, you shouldn’t be advertising surprise deliveries as a part of your offerings.

I expected much better and will not be using your service again. Highly disappointed!

Their service is horrible.Never send through them.They will charge quickly but never deliver your stuff.

Never delivered flowers and ghosted completely. They are full time scammers. A kind reminder how shit Indian laws and regulations are.

Cheater company, I am a vendor and I have delivered their orders all across India till 2017, they are not paying my money, 50,000/- and more. A big crook and cheater SIDDHARTH who absconding by giving various reasons and till now till today 24th oct 2024, money is not paid by the company. From owner to staff all big cheater and crook. All customers please do not give any order to phoolwala.com as they have not a good relation with any vendor and they have not given money to many vendors so ultimately, no vendor is ready to do the order and company take money from the customers in advance not doing the order and not returning money to customers. Please check all reviews so you will come to know.

Flowers were not delivered. Customer service was terrible and outright rude. Sent many Whatsapp messages, calls, contacted through the website - but no response. And money not refunded either.

Please don't use this service.

Fake people . They dont give cash on delivery. Flower delivery happens only at their convenience. Rude response.

I ordered flowers for delivery in Mumbai. The money was deducted from my credit card and got an email confirming the order. No flowers delivered. The website tracking said - invalid order. I’ve sent four emails through their contact us on the website. And I’ve used twitter, Whatapp. No response. And no flowers. Please do not use this website. It is a con!

If trust pilot has to maintain its trust then ban this website immediately.
I ordered for a flower bouquet this afternoon from Phoolwala and paid in advance. I checked the website to track the order but there was no record of my order. I called on the number given on website and was assured that the order will reach. I have been calling since afternoon. Have made more than13 normal calls and 13 WhatsApp calls but no reply.

This website and services seems fraud . Kindly take strict action against this vendor.
