I'm fall in love. Definitely recommend, very fast delivery (came in 6 days to Guangzhou (China) and sooo beautiful package. Ring was as pretty, especially a little sparkly dangle, as it looked on website. High quality. Will be ordering again! Also, many thanks to the support service who were in touch 24/7.

I love the ring and got it as a gift for myself however I’ve noticed after 1 week of wear the ring is separating where the dangly bit is, I fixed it manually with pliers but I don’t think a medium-expensive ring should be coming apart like this..

Edit: initially I complained about the ring losing colour. However having worked with the PHORIA team (who are professional and efficient), we came to an agreement. They were very helpful and it’s clear they make beautiful jewellery pieces. I love jewellery and will be giving them a second chance for sure!

Your jewelry is truly beautiful. I've had the ring for a month now, and I have to say the quality is absolutely impeccable, so far. Shipping was super fast; it only took two days to arrive. Customer service is very helpful. What really annoyed me was the high shipping cost of €50, plus having to pay around €160 for customs. But otherwise, I'm very happy with the product.

J’ai commandé ma bague en août 2024. Elle avait des rayures, j’ai contacté le service client qui m’avait fait un refund. Aujourd’hui, cela fait moins d’un an que j’ai ma bague, la qualité est catastrophique pour une bague à prix.

Комплект сережки+кільце доставили мені за 5 днів у Францію. Ці сережки - саме те, що я шукала! Вони підходять під будь-який одяг але водночас звертають на себе увагу. Виконані дуже якісно, сидять ідеально. Завдяки продуманому дизайну сережка дуже вдало прикриває місце проколу мочки вуха, що виглядає ще естетичніше. Кільце з ланцюжком - фантастика!

Окремо хочу подякувати Phoria за чудову клієнтську підтримку. На одній сережці з часом відламався штифт і я написала в службу підтримки, щоб уточнити як можна починити. В результаті, мені швидко і безкоштовно замінили сережки. Я дуже задоволена😊
