So glad we chose this company for our painting. Customer service was great from the very beginning, communication was great all the way through this process and any changes we wanted happened straight away. Sarah is absolutely great!! The artist Tom Fane did an excellent job and would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to get a hand painted picture. Its exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. Will definitely be using them again in the future

Them either , got it wrong I have bought, so checks your records, yours in the cheek , paid a few hundred for a painting, not happy with your reply , was considering buying another , not now, you really need to change your attitude , well we’ll still waiting for the email to validate my vote , aover a week now, despite the last but one rather nasty reply from you, which appears to have disappeared, do you not wish me to vote, or buy another painting, you totally amaze me

The process from uploading a photo to getting the quote, a preview, the final painting was smooth, easy and good communication. However, the delivery from the courier was not good, the box was 'chucked' by the front door and in the flower bed with no notification! The picture was well packed, lots of bubble wrap and was an excellent resemblance of our two dogs. The only disappointing thing was the framing, the dogs were not centralized in the frame, and their heads are very close to the top of the frame, nice painting of the tree stump they were stood on!

I was a bit dubious about using an online service to commission an oil painting from a photograph but you have done an amazing job thank you.

Everything about the process was brilliant. Simple, clear and a great product at the end of it. We spent ages trying to find a painting that represented our honeymoon trip and in the end found a company that could paint one of our own photos which was even better than we’d imagined. Great company that provided us with a painting of a memory we treasure. Would highly recommend!

Sarah seems a good soul and very patient. Going back and forth for changes was easy and I never felt rushed.
The finished product was fantastic and the gift recipient was over the moon.
