Phoenix Exteriors is a roofing and exterior contracting company working across Utah County and Salt Lake County. We do roof replacement and repair, windows, siding, and gutters. Four things. We do them every day and we don't pretend to be anything else. Most of our calls start the same way. Somebody notices a stain on the ceiling, or a neighbor's roof just got redone after a hail storm and now they're wondering about theirs, or the gutters have been overflowing every spring for three years and they finally got tired of it. We come out, get on the ladder, and take a real look. Then we tell you what we find. If you need a full replacement, we'll show you why. If it's a repair, we'll say that too, and plenty of times that's the answer. Utah weather is hard on a house. Hot dry summers, heavy snow, ice damming, wind coming down the canyons, hail that shows up out of nowhere in May. Siding fades and cracks. Old windows leak heat all winter. Roofs age out faster here than the brochure says they will. We work on these houses year round and we know what fails first. Our crews show up when we say they will and they clean up before they leave. Magnet goes over the driveway. We walk the property with you at the start and again at the end so there are no surprises.
