After a couple of sessions with Anand for my hip injury, the pain has improved and it feels strong enough to do other exercises as I used to. Excellent, friendly & knowledgable service.

I started seeing Anand at Physiopoint with a trapped nerve in my shoulder, he is friendly polite and very good at what he does. he made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment, so when i started getting pain in my lower back that i had already had an operation for i told him and he adjusted my treatment and exercise plan to include this. He offers a huge range of personalised treatment plans and would highly recommend.

Anand was very professional and helpful, he gave me a treatment for my knee pain that enabled me to keep training for my marathon and he was very encouraging with lots of useful advice. I would definitely go again if my pain comes back and I'm very happy that he has given me a set of exercises to help with preventing any future problems with my knee and back.

I had been referred to physiotherapists in the past and on both occasions self discharged due to exacerbation of injuries, and the feeling of awkwardness, and just not comfortable in the surrounds or environment. This made me very wary before meeting Anand at his home based clinic. From the minute I arrived to the minute I was discharged I felt comfortable and well cared for. The clinic is well equipped and ensures top comfort.
As a paramedic any injuries can effect me working majorly. However, on initial assessment I was filled with confidence that a personalised treatment plan would get me back to full fitness.
He offered a huge range of treatment plans, all tailored to meet my needs rather than a one plan fits all.
In total I received 6 sessions with Anand, and everytime I felt more like I was meeting a friend than just another patient. Anand was always available for advice and support.
I was back to fitness well within the set timescales.
I've left pain free and with a friend. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Anand is a great physio, I was suffering from multiple issues on both knees and Anand carried out a full assessment on my first session. After identifying the various issues we began a dynamic treatment plan that included a comprehensive exercise schedule and multiple innovative treatments (acupuncture, ultrasound and muscle stimulation). My knees now feel stronger and the pain has subsided, allowing me to get back to my running and cycling.

Had a few sessions of physiotherapy at Physiopoint and the treatment and service has been fantastic. Anand really listened and understood my issues. Really relaxed atmosphere and made me feel really comfortable.

My Grandma was seen by Anand in his clinic who was more than happy to fit us in to his busy schedule. From start to finish the service we received was outstanding. Anand was very attentive to my grandma and took the time needed for her to explain her long-standing pain and worries. Anand not only made my grandma feel at the most ease but was very kind and sympathetic towards how she was feeling. Anand was able to offer a detailed explanation as to cause of pain that my grandma was suffering from through both physical and verbal demonstration. He was able to simplify medical terminology in a way in which my grandma could comprehend and also provided translation in my grandmother’s first language so she really could understand. He was then able to provide a thorough treatment session and provide the relevant knowledge and exercises required to help my grandma. Nothing was too much for Anand! He went through every single exercise and provided all advice and treatment with the most honesty. My grandma said she had never felt more at ease or listened to by anyone before & highly recommends his service to anyone! Anand treated my grandma as if she was his own and that really shone through in the treatment and compassion that he provided.

We were very fortunate to find Dr. Kumar. He found the time in a full diary to help us at short notice. My Mum had damaged her knee very badly. After seeing 2 consultants and the GP she was left with no real understanding of the issue, could hardly walk, had copious amounts of bruising and no plan to help to heal and recover. A scary time for everyone.
We knew we needed to find out Mum some help but didn’t know where to start.
Anand saw our Mum within 24 hours of my message to him. He carried out a thorough examination, treatment and arranged an exercise plan during their visit meet. Anand didn’t just deal with the physical aspect of the injury, he understood the psychological concerns too. He handled Mum with kindness, patience and compassion. He reassured her and our family.
1 week after her initially consultation and treatment, my Mum walked in to Anand’s practice with just one crutch and with a whole new confidence. Her range of movement has improved and her pain managed. All because of the treatment given by Anand.
I can not recommend Physiopoint as a practice and Anand enough for the care and kindness that he has shown to my Mum and family. Not to mention getting Mum back on her feet!

Absolute God send. Best way to describe the service we have received from Anand. My 76 year old dad recently was diagnosed with discitis and spent 4 weeks in hospital in a bed. Upon discharge he was still in a lot of pain and just about got up and out of bed but in absolute agony. Before going to hospital he was mobile using a Zimmer frame. I got in touch with Anand and he was so helpful and even advised I speak to the nhs about funded physio. Because he had such good reviews I insisted that I would rather get him to treat my father and on the first session he got my dad to walk which we felt was going to be impossible. He has given my dad exercise to do and today on the 2nd session my dad walked more than double the distance he managed last week making us all emotional. Anand has never clock watched and gets my dad to take regular breaks in between his sessions which helps a lot. My dad and my family are thrilled we found Anand and he is amazing at what he does. So knowledgable and just such a friendly sole too. Highly recommend Anand to anyone wanting physiotherapy.

Many thanks to Anand for all the amazing ongoing help he is giving me getting my neck muscles moving after surgery. He recognises how much excerise my neck can cope with at home each day in between treatments and is very caring.

We initially consulted Anand for treating back pain for my wife. His friendly approach, his knowledge and skills put all our doubts at rest knowing we were in Able Hands. Since then I have started consulting Anand as well for my chronic back issues. I would highly recommend Anand.

I visited Anand after a fall down the stairs and being in intense pain. I was concerned at what damage I may have done, especially that I might have broken something. Anand said he certainly did not think I had broken anything and very quickly determined it was a disc problem. I asked if I should have an Xray but he didn’t think it necessary. He reassured me that although I was finding it hard to believe right now, the awful pain and immobility would definitely improve with time. Following increasing pain, I was seen at A & E who also said it was a prolapsed disc and I hadn’t broken anything so did not recommend an Xray. However, when I visited my own GP, I was sent for an Xray for suspected hip fracture. Fortunately, Anand was indeed right and there was no fracture. From the first appointment, Anand has been very helpful, informative and encourages me to ask as many questions as I may have about my injury and what to expect as regards improvement. He has given me carefully selected exercises to aid my recovery. I would highly recommend him as an excellent physio, very friendly and easy to talk to and totally trust his judgement. Thank you so much for your care so far and being so genuinely caring, helpful and encouraging, it is very much appreciated.
