Last time i had ordered a headphone and i received it within 2 days. Their product is 100% authentic. I hope Pickaboo gonna be the Bangladeshi unicorn ecommerce.

I have ordered from them before all on Cash on Delivery and they have delivered on time but recently I ordered a product by paying in advance and now they are delaying it for almost a week while they said it would take around 2-5 days. I called them but their number keeps me on waiting for 5-10 minutes and still nobody picks up. I created tickets on website but the ticket doesn't get submitted. I have tried contacting them every way possible but just like an online scammer they've blocked every way to contact them. I am still giving them 2 star because I have had good service from them before but this time they are not giving me any attention juwt because I have paid in advance?

Very Bad.. customer care no one attends calls.. no response on mails.

AFTER TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE THROUGH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, THEN IGNORING PEOPLE.

NOT REFUNDING/RETURNING MONEY
NOT RECEIVING CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS

Great website for online shopping in Bangladesh.

Honestly this website is fake ! because i have placed my order early in march 2019 and i never got it. so i have sent them multiple emails, i was replied that my order doesnt exists i even sent them my order file. which they never replied . talking about bad service ! I will never order from this website again . ALSO I WILL LET ALL MY PREGNANT WOMEN FRIENDS NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. and i will be writing negative reviews about it everywhere i can . you name it: facebook, instgram, snapchat , google. since they never returned my money and they messing with buncha pregnant women. This is rubbish ! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. RUBBISH !

the customer care is rubbish. cannot understand a word the executives say. delivery dates and times are always altered. the only reason i shopped here was because of the wide range of products available. but thanks to the atrocious customer care and their nonchalant attitude towards customer satisfaction, they will lose more and more customers

Excellent customer service and awesome online shopping experience in Bangladesh. I ordered lots of times and their services always satisfied me. But their app is not so good in terms of my user experience. EMI process should be faster. FastPick is a very good option in terms of delivery. I am really happy to see that Pickaboo is offering authorized and quality products which are really be needed.
