It was bad experience for me and my family shopping from Pick 'N' save. They sent whole box of 12 Aphonso mangoes. All rotten and disgusting. While left review on their page they said contact us through email or WhatsApp which they don't even operate. You won't get any response of what's app or email. That is a scam.

There was a dead cockroach in the TFS…
There was a dead cockroach in the TFS Samo seeds packet which is utterly disgusting and a real disappointment to me as it led to the entire packet going to waste. Other TFS products, although on sale, are really poor quality products

Very disappointing experience at Pick n…
Very disappointing experience at Pick n Save. The TFS brand quality is poor and absolutely not worth the high prices. Products feel cheaply made but are sold at premium rates.
One male staff member Punjabi chacha had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. His behaviour was dismissive and disrespectful, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are simply asking normal questions.
Compared to Target, Pick n Save offers lower quality products, higher prices, and much worse customer service. There is no value for money here, particularly for senior customers.
I strongly suggest people stop buying from this shop and choose better alternatives.
I will not be returning.

Best place for Indian savories and snacks
From Haldiram's to Bikano, they have a fantastic selection of Indian sweets and snacks. I recently bought some samosas and jalebis, and they tasted so fresh, just like back home!

Rubbish delivery service…don't rely on it.
Ordered next day deliver for which they charge £10. 2 days later they have no idea where my order is and won't give a refund. Complete joke.

Easy to order, but let's see if your delivery service actually delivers on time.
I paid £10 for next day delivery, which didn't happen. Nor the next day, nor the day after...pick n save seemed to think they were doing me a huge favour by offering me a refund. Which I'm still waiting for. Nice shop. RUBBISH delivery service. Unreliable in the .extreme

The entire process from ordering to delivery was smooth and efficient. The products arrived well-packaged and within the promised timeframe.
