Been using SK9 for my cockapoo's skin problems since Christmas. Her coat's much less flaky now and the constant scratching has eased off nicely. It's a bit dear, but suppose you get what you pay for.

Must say I'm impressed! Our vet recommended SK9 for our Westie's sensitive skin. Three months in and his coat is gleaming. No more pink, itchy tummy either. Brilliant stuff.

Placed an order over a week ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet! The offer on the website did not carry over to the basket (buy 4, get a free SK9) and I emailed them to get a reply 4 days later saying that they are looking into it. Still no reply! I wanted to support this business, but cannot tolerate bad service. Will be cancelling my order and looking elsewhere. Hopefully it won't take weeks to get my £100 back!

As other have said, give them some time. For us it took around 9 weeks before seeing any changes, but after that Lucky rapidly improved. Her skin and coat has never looked so healthy.

We've been using the probiotics for our springer spaniel just a little over a year. They've helped clear her rashes and smelly ears.

Asked to stop and cancel my order the same day I placed it - yet over 1 week later I’m still yet to hear from anyone at PickPeanut, despite emailing various email addresses.

Concerned that I haven’t received a response via email, I also contacted the Instagram page - and surprise surprise, they also ignored my message, which is not only rude but terrible customer service.

They’re more than happy to take your money but are none existent when you have an issue to respond to.

Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT ORDER FROM PICKPEANUT.

I can vouch for the supplements - worked for my 11 year old Lab. Delivery on time, customer service responsive albeit a bit slow sometimes.

Most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Almost €200 worth of products ordered and more than 2 months later, I have not received anything and my requests for a refund are ignored. Will be reporting this company and seeking advice from my bank in regard to a charge back as the customer service is appalling and coming from dodgy looking email addresses. This does not instill any faith in them being professional and legitimate.

I can't believe we found this company from a facebook post. After spending more money than I'd care to admit on our Benji's skin condition, it's baffling to me that a supplement has helped so much. It's actually criminal that things like this are not recommended as a first point of call.

The product is amazing and truly works but next day delivery is a complete joke! There’s no number to call just email address which is up to 24 hours for reply!
When you check for the tracking it’s only shows as
“We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.”
