All arrangements were good
But there is complaint regarding holiday inn resort
Every morning we were giving same breakfast there is no change same menu again and again
My kids did eat breakfast any of the day
Every morning south indian breakfast is there
Kids don’t like South Indian

The resort selection was top notch and the whole trip was hassle free. Thanks to the team who took efforts to understand my needs and delivered so well. My kids were really happy and satisfied with the resort amenities. The team took extra efforts for our comfort and selection of property as per our needs. A well-curated 6 day itinerary made my trip to Kenya truly unforgettable. From the breathtaking landscapes to the seamless on-ground coordination, every detail was thoughtfully planned. This has been my third trip with PYT, and just like the previous ones, the experience was nothing short of dreamy.

Special mention to our tour guide - Daniel , he was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and always there , he made sure we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the trip.
The accommodations were great, the local experiences were authentic and the transitions between locations were smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the quick support (Specially with the Kenya team)whenever needed, it made the entire journey feel well-managed.

Grateful for yet another beautiful travel experience. Looking forward to the next one already!

We went to Vietnam for 9 days (Hanoi,Da Nang and Phu Quoc)and had the best time.My husband and I are nature lovers but my boys (10 and 14yrs) seek thrill and fun.Vietnam offered both.Initially I wanted to go to few other cities in Vietnam but Pick your Trail team gave me more insights and ideas about the country,which helped me to choose better finally they gave us a perfect Itinerary.The best part was they gave me time to choose the hotels which I wanted,they also gave few suggestions which was top notch.Surprisingly the kids loved exploring the caves and places like Tam coc and had the ultimate fun in the theme parks.We had zero worries about our pick up n drop,guides and food because every little detail was taken care of by PYT team,a special mention to Sidharth who listened to my concerns and answered to all my queries when ever I pinged him(even on sundays).Overall it was a great trip,made memorable by pick your trail.

First I learned about them from popular content creator Dhruv Rathees video .Since direct bookings to Maldives resorts via websites was getting way too expensive,decided to contact them .I got the best deal which no one would find on travel websites especially if travelling to Maldives .They were so patient to understand my requirements and give me so many options of resorts .its absolutely hassle free .They book the resort and share details with us and also send a detailed mail on the travel itenary…I highly recommend them :)

Seamless! Booking, boarding, check in check out, communication and all the processes were so well managed! Furaveri resorts are one of the top picks in Maldives and I am glad to have experienced that! But it maybe on a pricier side!

I recently travelled to Japan. I personally will never use pick your trail again.

1. The hotels they booked were a complete scam for the price I paid. I could have saved so much money if I made the bookings myself.

2. The sales agent (I won't name him) had a huge ego. They mistakenly sent me another customer's information and talked about sharing my personal data with my dad (some random phone number)—someone I've never met or spoken to. I was understandably upset because I kept telling him my dad didnt contact him, and that number is not mine, but he wouldn’t listen (I would love to share a screenshot of the conversation). The agent got offended because I said "wtf," but honestly, I don’t think I was wrong given how poorly they handled everything.

3. While I was making the payment, they mixed up my payment link with another customer’s. WTAF? (I can share a screenshot of this conversation as well but I am choosing not to)

4. The itinerary they planned was subpar at best. I asked ChatGPT to plan an itinerary for me, and it did a significantly better job.

They provided zero value for my trip to Japan.

The operations were very smooth. The app loads a bit slow when opened after a long time. However we didn't face any hurdles and the itinerary suggested was as per our expectations.

Karthick was very helpful.Helped with the last minute visa process and was communicating every minute with the visa updates.

Our Dubai trip was exceptional and memorable, thanks to PickYourTrail's outstanding organization and remarkably responsive customer service; queries were addressed within minutes. Their performance was exemplary.

We booked a Honeymoon package for bali. Pick your trail is filled with surprises. My husband's birthday was on the date of Honeymoon. Pickyourtrail helped me on this and the room was decorated and cake was presented and a free spa was booked. Over all it was a fine experience with pickyourtrail.
