Our sales rep was Massey, and the entire sales team was fantastic. However, my experience was a bit disappointing. I was hesitant to go in, but I finally decided to give it a try. I ended up getting a car, but there was a catch - I had to wait a few days after the sale to pick it up. And guess what? There wasn’t a charger included! Thankfully, the batteries were, but after driving on the i5 and noticing some strange noises, I decided to check it out. Turns out, the skid plate was held up by clips, and there were about 10 missing screws(ordered new on Amazon) . So, I’m not sure what exactly the service team looked at during the inspection.

Rich went above and beyond for us and was so incredibly helpful and professional. We are recommending him to all of our friends and family.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! These people commit FRAUD every day! We bought a car and purchased GAP insurance with the car loan. One year into the loan the car was rear-ended and totaled. We contacted Pierre Money Mart multiple times to get a copy of the gap insurance paperwork and we were promised that it would be provided. After months of contacting them, dozens of promises and excuses with NO follow through the commercials stopped running and they stopped answering the phone. I had assumed they went out of business. These guys took our money and REFUSE TO PAY! Don't be the next victim!

My credit is pretty bad. Pierre figured out how to get me out the door with a super awesome car. The customer service was great. I will definitely go back when it's time to get another car, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I worked with Katie and Pete and they were inviting and informative and really amazing. They informed me of all the information on the car and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I am sending all of my friends to them so that they can have just as great of an experience as I had. Thank you Katie and Pete for your attentiveness and hard work!!

All sales pump you up to get u can then when it doesn't work they dint even call to tell us they keep u u hanging don't shop here they lie

this place is terrible has extremely deceptive business practices targeting people that have little options and thinking that everyone that comes in there is desperate Peter had lied to us about a bank approving us for a loan on a vehicle because he wanted to mark up the loan amount and interest rate so he could make money because it was a zero down purchase. I know this because I called the bank and asked them and they told me that they approved it and never heard anything else from Pierre money Mart. The bank also confirmed that they don't charge extra fees for using an ITIN number. they told us that we had to pay $740 a month for 84 months For a $17,000 car . he told us that because my friend was purchasing using her ITIN instead of a social that the bank was charging more for that and the interest rate was well over 20%. and the bank approved her for 10%. my friend Who use her ITIN to make a purchase for the vehicle has a 790 credit score which is well more than efficient enough to purchase a vehicle zero down with Attractive financing terms. he kept changing the terms and the necessary documents required, and all the information around right before we were to finalize or sign something. we also advise that we did not want any of the extras no warranties no nothing except for gap insurance that we were going to purchase through our car insurance and he ended up throwing it all in anyways, and then saying that he could not remove it once sign, which I also found out is a lie and can be removed even after a contract is signed . She never even got a copy of the contract after signing in the keys were given out a week goes by and still no copy of the contract and the bank not receiving any copy of the contract as well. everything about this place was shady Katie who has an attitude problem should not be working in that field. If she can't handle her emotions dealing with customers that whole entire place is sketchy shady and really I don't understand how they're in business and have the rating they do on this site when all of their reviews are bad terrible place do not buy a car here run away fast .we ended up, bringing the car back and dissolving the loan if they were just be honest with us and offered us a fair interest rate and payments per month for making us pay $63,000 car overall we would've been happy to make a purchase there do not go stay away. They are deceptive crooks and they will lie to get your money because they think you're desperate i've already contacted the attorney general and file the complaint

Oh lord , worst ever , they asked for all my personal info , then did nothing , when you call they lie , hang up, never get back to you , I’m making a claim.with attorney general , they even said they have to ask people to try to give good reviews cause they are so bad , just listen don’t go there

bad experience after bad experience what dealerships over promising and not delivering Tom and Rob at Pierre Money Mart kept every word that they promised me when they quoted me on the phone they went the extra mile Rob followed me home which was an hour from the dealership so my wife could sign the paperwork so I would be able to have the car I made two good friends and they have my business for life thank you guys appreciate it they honestly care about what you're going through

Bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.13.2022 and on 06.28.2022 the transmission started having issues on 509 while I was with my kids. I called the dealership, spoke to christian and was told that they only provide 90 day warranty on vehicles that are under 100k. My vehicle had 110K and was told because my vehicle was over mileage and because I didnt take the extended coverage they couldnt help me. I am a single mother of 3 and had a hard enough time getting a vehicle in the first place. I made one payment on the car, now I am without a vehicle literally 45 days after my purchase. This is insane and the fact that they didnt offer any help because I declined the extended coverage is ABSURED. Preditory company is what they are. They kept running my credit until someone took me and its not like I can go and get another car. Peter in finance said that it was pointless for me to accept the ext warranty because it would be void once the vehicle hot 150k in miles.

06.29.2022- learned that there is an safety open recall on my vehicle regarding the transmission shifting gears while driving on its own. Reading WA state laws says that all recalls on new and used vehicles myst be performed PRIOR to being sold edpecizlly when it affects the safety of the vehicle.

The Safety Recall U63 / NHTSA 18V-332 Reprogram Powertrain Control Module explains what issues the transmission has and it could potentially cause an accident.

Pierre money mart did not do their job and did just enough to sell the vehicle. I am in the process of getting a lawyer to pursue further action and have reported this to the AG. Enough is enough and I will not be stuck with a safety hazard vehicle and risk my life, my family’s lives, nor the lives of other people. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND BUY A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP WHO ACTUALLY CARES!!!!!!!

P.S- they refuse to issue me a new temp tag because peter says my plates were mailed out but dept of licensing and bill pierre title says my registration and plates are not ready… GET YALL $h!t together!!!!! I am out here riding dirty with no plates and expired temp tag! What a way to do business

Yesterday I purchased a 2017 civic with the help of Jenell! She was so friendly and helpful and made sure to get me in something I loved and could afford! I would definitely recommend her and Pierre Money Mart.

Nice to work with, I liked the car they picked, but having choices would be nice, as it was I felt pushy wanting to look at other cars, to get a feel for what they had and could offer.
I would have like to try the car out on more than just city back roads. As it is the car we chose showed that the hood wiggles when it is on the highway over 40 mph. Will definitely have that looked at.
But a pleasant experience over all.

The staff there are nice, friendly and helpful. If you are low on credit and need a car then Pierre Money Mart is the place to go. Ask for Jenell and she’ll surely put you in a nice car.

This company is awful. I am working really hard to clean up my credit and basically start over. Well I thought when they called and said I was approved that I was getting a second chance. They never even showed me a vehicle they wanted my bank statements emailed to them and I guess because I was on pua unemployment buying a car is fraud of some sort. I am starting a new job and this guy comes out holding my paperwork and says this is all fraud. I really needed a vehicle but more than that I needed that second chance to help me on this tough road of putting my life back together. But instead he accused me of fraud and I don't know who he thinks I frauded but I walked away angry and embarassed. I wish people would make their intentions clear. I thought I was there to buy a vehicle or get financed for a vehicle. But these guys were on some very juvenile but still very hurtful program. Well Mr Daniel with too much butt gutt I will still get a vehicle and keep forging on fixing my credit and putting my life back together. You had the chance to do right by someone but you chose to be a snake good luck with that.

We called and then made a visit. The team worked on getting us a great car that fit our needs and fit our budget. They took the time to ensure we had a better deal with financing when we found what we wanted. They are kind, understanding, and friendly. We would see them again for another car in the future.

Quick shout out to Jenell! This company has a real asset in her. She was helpful, kind, and informative. Jenell worked patiently to get the best offer for me. Not to mention, I had a user error in the vehicle and she assisted me perfectly with no hesitation. Also, I can't forget Peter. This is my second car from this company.
