SCAM
I ordered a PC monitor a month ago and never arrived. They only replied to my first email saying the shipment will take 24 business hours! They don't reply to telephone calls.

Been over 30 days since I placed my order for a TV. No communication despite repeated requests for order update. Have sent cancellation and request for refund, but I'm not hopeful. They use Shopify, so I'm going to raise a complaint with them too.

As other have stated this is a scam site. Unfortunately at the time of purchase they had no trustpilot reviews. They said they would deliver and lo and behold they ran into “difficulties”. The same guy from customer service always answers the phone (who appears to be based in India) and they send emails promising a refund but nothing sufficed. Luckily I paid via credit card and was able to reclaim the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company its a total SCAM. Zero customer service they simply ignore calls and email communication as soon as they have your money and can’t fulfill your order. When you request a refund they promise to refund your payment to your card but they don’t.

Scam through and through. Disgusting that people are still able to do this and take money from hard working people. DO NOT send this person any money. Fraud dept are involved and you are being investigated.

BE VERY CAREFUL when ordering from this Company. They only look to call you when they need you to pay or lure you in but customer service is virtually none existent. It's been a week now and i am endlessly trying to get in touch with them. They never answer. Goods never shipped. Goods never seen or received. I wouldn't give them a second chance.

SCAM........ all looks legit, but they take the money and don't deliver when promised and then ghost you, please avoid.

SCAM company, do not order anything from here.
