From the time I placed my order to being advised it was on its way it was the quickest I have seen in a long time. I am looking forward to getting my new pillow.

Always a pleasure dealing with Pillow Haven. This is my 3rd order and simply love these pillows and quick shipping. Since these pillows entered my life, I have been getting the best sleep ever.

I was a bit skeptical but decided to try the pillow. I had read comments about it being hard, and I have always preferred a soft pillow. I’ve been pleasantly surprised as I feel I’m actually getting a deeper sleep, which I hadn’t expected. My husband says I haven’t been snoring at all, even when I’m lying on my back. In the past I’ve tried to sleep on my side so as not to wake him but I think I get a better sleep on my back. Not sure if everyone will have this same experience, but I definitely have found it very helpful in allowing me a better sleep!

I was not sure what to expect with these pillows. First, they are VERY comfortable. I got one for myself and my husband. My husband used to snore that would wake the dead. Since we got these pillows he barely snores at all anymore! He also reports no more neck pain. We both have sleep apnea and we have noticed sleeping is much more peaceful and we feel more rested when we wake up. Its amazing. Highly recommend these pillows.

After days of emails back and forth, many robotic replies, multiple offers of store credit the company still says they have tried to reach out to me and couldn't find an account in my name...that tells you a lot!!!
Their advertisement states '100 day free trial' and 'free returns within the trial period'. THIS IS FALSE. Unless your item is faulty or damaged they insist you pay for the return $25 to the US. You will not get a FULL refund and return postage ! If you need help with a snoring partner try somewhere else.

Pillow arrived 14th August after a 12 day wait. This is a US company selling goods from China.
Don't fall for the hype! This pillow made absolutely no difference to my husbands snoring and is much flatter than the photos. During the 12 days it took to arrive I was bombarded with emails trying to sell me something else.....it's being returned.
Their return process is attrocious...they state 'no pressure' no hassle' but I have had nothing but....they do NOT issue refunds readily. Be warned!

Still waiting......Pillow ordered on 2nd August. Despite repeated emails saying it was on it's way and sooo many emails advertising more of their stuff it seems it was only despatched to Royal Mail on the 8th August (as per their website) and should be with me soon!!! Needless to say my cash was taken on 2nd August. This isn't good enough when we are desperate for some good nights sleep and hanging out for relief hopeful their advertising is truthful. It's the worst kind of frustration a company can put you through and even if the pillow does work as stated if it actually arrives I won't readily suggest it to anyone else without clear warning. My sister in law recommened this to me and she also had an terrible time with delivery...What is going on???

Quality pillows, good prices and fairly quick delivery.

The contour pillow felt lower in the middle than anything I had used before, and the first night was mostly spent deciding where my head belonged. By the third night the raised edge made more sense when I slept on my side, while the centre worked when I rolled onto my back. My ordinary pillowcase bunches a little around the curves, so I smooth it before bed. I no longer fold the pillow in half to find a comfortable position.

I love the pillow haven pillows. They’ve replaced the other pillows on my bed that I sleep with and are something I look forward to after traveling. I am working on replacing all the pillows in our house with the pillow haven.

Nice designs and the delivery really surprised me with quick and fine delivery.

Bought two pillows on a whim hoping they'd help with my neck pain, and wow. super soft but still supportive,
they don't get hot overnight.

Honestly a game changer for my sleep posturer I don't toss and turn nearly as much anymore. 4 star just because delivery was slow.

I was experiencing very sharp upper back pain. I never tought that my pillows were the root cause. I came across an add and decided to give it a shot. I wish I did it earlier, pain relief from day one. 🙏

I wake up without stiffness, thank you pillow haven. Strongly recommend it.

Honestly slept so much better after first a few nights and my neck feels way less stiff in the morning.
