Today 24/03/2026 Myself n my Wife picked up our new Octavia+ . Ciaran was very patient n even Taxed the vehicle for us .This was our fourth or fifth time to deal with pilson auto . Staff are very welcoming n friendly I would highly recommend pilson auto for sales n service.

Bought Fabia here through Daniela and found whole experience great from initial test drives to purchase and aftercare where she pulled out all the stops to make sure a window power issue was resolved just in time for driving test! She followed up and checked car was all we expected and while the Pilsen warranty gives extra peace of mind, the personal touch is always welcome.

Simple sunroof leak issue took 5 months to resolve.
when the problem recurred 4 months later I was told it would take 4 weeks to diagnose the problem. Service capability really lets down an otherwise good company.

Goy my timing belt and water pump done got the car back with a big noise in it.
Called the garage told them and the told me the whould ring ne back no call so called again was told 2 bring ot up I did the took it and said that the lads said there was a little noise in it already which was lies. Took car 2 a mechanic and with in 2 seconds he found the pipe the garage broke and told me ths broke it getting in at the timing belt I called again and explained 2 them and was told I'd b called back later and still no call the are the most unprofessional garage ever dealt with never again. MASSIVE MISTAKE GOING HERE.

very bad experiences.. if you drive a lot, I recommend not buying a car from that company, the worst decision we have ever made..
we took the car for a regular service, the wheels were used and they changed them for free considering that the car is 1 year old, after taking the car from the service, we almost had a heart attack when he told us that we had to pay for the wheels. when we asked why the car was still under warranty, we were told "WE DRIVE A LOT, THEREFORE THE SERVIS ILIS DOWNLOADED FOR FREE ONLY WITH THREE SERVICE VISITS"..
I also mentioned that they change the battery in our car every 3 months, for which we also had to pay...
take what you will, but we do not recommend this company!!!!!

Will keep this brief and the review relates to the Sales Team in Pilsen Skoda. We recently engaged in buying an EV car and dealt with Daniel Knocker in the sales team.
Can't say enough good things about him and with the amount of emails, questions and calls we directed his way - has the patience of a Saint.
Honestly, couldn't recommend a nicer gentleman to deal with in regards to Car Sales - which in off itself says a lot.
If you are buying a Skoda car - do yourself a favour and look to deal with Daniel in Pilsen Skoda.
