I think dr o is not a nice human being I thoughtthe with the privilege of being a medical ydoctor you would do no harm yet unless I contracted to have an intervention he wouldn’t see me. And never looked at my mri, treated like a cookie cutter .we are all different and you can’t put patients into your specific catagories.
Very disappointed and can’t believe I waited 3 weeks and was offered nothing. I have had all the interventions even scs trial. I really am appalled at medicine today!

Would recommend this facility for the Doctors!
Great Dr.s and good staff. I would especially recommend Dr. Guirguis to anyone that needs a pain Dr.. Also I have only seen Dr. Otero once however he seems to be a good caring Dr. also. They just need more staff training and a few more tweaks to the office, to make visits more smooth and shorten wait times. I would have given them five stars however the office is terrible working with insurance and getting prior authorizations done in a timely manor! Also a good cleaning would help!

The wait time to be seen is ridiculous! An appt is given and you sit and wait 90-100 min to be seen.

Main issues
Main issues: 1) Never received a return call after leaving 2 tearful messages following complications from a cervical RFA. I even spoke to the office manager regarding this & that my primary care doctor had not received any reports after 4 months of treatment.
2) Upon receiving medical records (in person request) I was horrified by what information was NOT in the reports such as the complication from the procedure, the pain & concerns I described & what the treatment plan for the complication was.
3) What was even more upsetting was errors within the records such as incorrect procedures to be performed, stating examinations that were performed that were not, stating I reported great relief from procedure, stating that I was conscious & conversational during procedures & no mention of an injection given during an office visit.
I’ve worked many years in the medical field & understand both sides but this experience was truly scary thinking about how many patients have little or no knowledge. I was so impressed & hopeful upon my first evaluation but quickly started to see the carelessness of procedures. The staff were always courteous & friendly but that’s about where it ended

Doesn't anyone believe I cleaning this office center?
Once again the only reason I cannot give Pain Relief Center 5 stars is the FILTH of the facility. Today that door into the treatment room looked as if it has still not been cleaned; it has been dirty since I started coming to the new center fir my continuing care! AND the floor inside the treatment room to which we were taken was also filthy. Isn't cleanliness important to anyone there?

I am very fortunate to have a Pain Mngt Doctor that does procedures to relieve my pain along with medication. I've been going to Pain Relief Center for aprox.5 years. They have helped me alot. I would highly recommend. Dr. Otero is kind & a Great listener.
