No proper response and Order cancelled, no refund

placed an order with Pine & Lime on 13 February 2026, and the product page said it would be delivered by 20 February.
Even after waiting until 21 March, nothing was delivered and my order status suddenly showed as “Cancelled.”
I have not received any refund for this cancelled order, even though the payment was taken immediately.
I emailed their support address shown in the order confirmation and attached screenshots, but I have not received any reply for several weeks.
Based on my experience, I feel the communication and refund process are very unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering from them until they fix these issues.

I’d like to begin by thanking you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t express how happy I am, and how delighted my partner was after receiving the order.

You went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first order with you, and since I was sending it abroad to my partner for the very first time, I was a bit nervous. But everything was perfect—the delivery was smooth, the packaging was excellent, the quality was top-notch, my messages were error-free, and the photos came out in premium quality. I especially loved how each item was packed separately with authentic, thoughtful packaging—it was just wow.

My partner was overjoyed to receive it, and I would genuinely rate you 100/10. I’d love to shop with you again in the future!❤️

Such a pathetic attitude

Such a pathetic attitude. I placed a order on 19 july but till today it is not even picked up and according to them it will deliver today. I already sent mail , dm on Instagram but No one is replying. This is how you make fool to customers

I have ordered from them a couple of…

I have ordered from them a couple of times before and I hoped for the experience to be similar but it's been nothing like that. I was promised delivery within a week of placing the order. It's been more than 10 days and still I haven't received it yet. And there's been no responses to my mails or messages too!

The memory map print quality was really…

The memory map print quality was really poor. The letters are all blurred, there is no sharpness on the name indicating the place ….looks like a cheap A4 print out.
Not worth the money.
