We are a family run Golf retailing business established in 1988. We pride ourselves on our good old fashioned customer service. With this in mind we have not gone into selling online lightly as the friendly informative contact is not so easily accessible. I understand you are not happy, but we have told you to return your item as we could not complete the price match you requested for a couple of reasons. A) It was on a product you had purchased in the past. B) You gave us an incorrect price from another retailer.
