Awful quality

Awful quality! Bought over priced pajamas for my daughter's birthday and stitching loose/coming undone upon unboxing. Attempt to reach out regarding your concerns and they make you jump through hoops. Multiple sets of photos requested that they conveniently can't open/view. Ploy to avoid refund. Bad business.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter’s sweatshirt was not even a month old and the seam split wide open on the side and there is excess fabric in the pouch area. Tried emailing customer service and they give weird replies back and will not help exchange this. I am so over it and will never order anything from them again.

Good quality, fast delivery

My daughter wanted hoodies and pjs from this brand. I was a bit sceptical because of all the negative reviews regarding delivery time and quality.
We were only on vacation in the US, so had a short time window in which the stuff had to arrive.
In ordered only items that were available for express delivery in order to reduce the risk of late delivery. That worked and the items arrived within a couple of days. The only negative thing is that they charged me 10 USD per ordered item for express delivery, saying they would come in separate deliveries but everything arrived in one delivery, so paying for express only once would have seemed more appropriate.
Anyway it arrived quickly and my daughter loves the items. They seem fairly good quality and no issues after washing so far.

I’ve ordered approximately six hoodies…

I’ve ordered approximately six hoodies for my daughter over the past year, along with two follow-up orders, and every experience has been excellent. The communication has been fantastic each time, and everything has gone smoothly from start to finish.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews this company is receiving — my experience has been nothing but positive. The quality of the hoodies is absolutely top-notch, easily some of the best if not the best I’ve purchased. Nike ,and Adidas could learn something about this companies quality and pricing .

Terrible customer service

Worst customer service ever - if there was a zero star option, I would give it. I ordered a bathing suit for my daughter during the initial launch last year. Original time frame was supposed to have a delivery in first 2 weeks of July. Email sent saying there was a delay and we could expect delivery last 2 weeks of July. The suit was intended for a vacation in first week of August. Didn’t get shipped until 07/25 and arrived 08/04…after we had already left. Life got crazy when we got back and missed the exchange window - was looking for exchange 20 days past return window because my daughter is 10 and the suit wouldn’t fit by this summer. My reasoning was that if they had failed their delivery estimate by a month, then maybe there should be some “wiggle room” in the exchange policy for a month. If they would have stuck with a tag line about exchange policy being non-negotiable , I would probably have been irritated, but not angry (like I am now 6 months later as I am now looking at this pricey stupid swimsuit that was never worn). However, that is not what happened. Their customer service representative went on to lie in saying that they had fulfilled as promised even when I had all of the screenshots of emails/orders showing that they had not. The representative tried to redefine words saying that SHIPPING in the last 2 weeks of July is the same thing as DELIVERY in the last 2 weeks of July. They also did not comply with the FTC regulations regarding pre-paid merchandise which requires delivery of paid for items within 30 days or A CLEAR PATH TO FULL REFUND if there is a delay in expected delivery. I was a repeat customer and supported this brand - now I will never buy from again and would warn anyone else that they are liars and not interested in their customers at all.

No Refund 6 weeks after return!

Returned a hoodie and it was received January 7th at Mississauga depot as per delivery record. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and there has been no communication from PPP for over a month. My granddaughter is soooo disappointed.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company! They say products are delivered that were never delivered and when you contact them they tell you it's your problem and you have to file a report with the post office. Just a heads up if you file a charge back against this company you will automatically win. I work in the industry and merchants who have several chargebacks for the same reason have an automatic approval for the customer. I would never order from this company again

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My daughter received a hoodie as a gift and it was too small and I asked for an even exchange in a different size and they wouldn’t budge because it was outside the 30 day return window. You would think a company like this would make an exception with this issue that was out of our control. Won’t be ordering from them again. The clothing is entirely overpriced anyways. The sizing is too much of a guessing game too.

Dont enforce their own return policy. Ripped me off

This company is expensive and has horrible customer service for the amount of money you spend on tween clothing items. They dont follow or know their own return policy, their sizing is inaccurate, making choosing the correct size a gamble, and when you needd to return or exchange, they dont want to abide by their own policies written on their webpage. They issued me a giftcard for the item i sent back, after i emailed them informing them i got confirmation they received the item. When i went to use the giftcard a couple months later, it didnt work. When i reached out to them, they told they had no record of receiving the item and wanted the tracking number. Like other normal people, I dont hang on to tracking indefinitely once confirmation/gift card was received. I forwarded their customer service our emails PROVING they received it bc they sent back the electronic gift card when they responded. Now they claim they have no record of receiving the returned item, ripping me off $97. This company is a complete scam

Do not buy

Purchased a hoodie and followed the care instructions but it still came up with black smudges all over it. Main problem is they have absolutely no customer service. I tried emails, multiple social media platforms. And I get no response. When I looked more into it this seems to be a very common issue. Horrible company and product

There is something wrong with this…

There is something wrong with this company.

Claims to be a Canadian company.
Pretends to be a “So-Cal” American company.
Charges all prices in USD, which seems illegal or at least immoral.
There is strange transparency as to where the product is made/shipped from. Products are definitely made in china as per the label. I suspect that’s where it was shipped from as it took 2 weeks to come from Mississauga/Toronto to Hamilton.
The company feels predatory . Young girls see the TikTok trend videos and parents want to buy it for their kids and this is the experience. I don’t recommend it. Cheap material, over priced and sketchy to say the least.

It arrived in a week or so...shipping was good...but this does not feel like an 80 hoodie. There is a 1970s polyester...seersucker suit feel to it...and I am a cotton kind of gal. I was hoping that the blend...was more cotton than poly...had a couple of dirt small spots on it when I unboxed. I washed it and they came out. The size was ok...butI am 5 foot 6...145 pounds...wear a size 6 and needed an XL. Does not stretch but fit me nicely. Size up.

Pink palm puff is awful

Pink palm puff shipped my (2 hoodies) by on trac. My shipment was lost, no scans since 12/10. On trac marked my package as undeliverable due to them losing it. I reached out to pink palm puff 3 different times and have gotten zero response. I have ordered several things from pink palm puff in the past and had no issues. I am beyond frustrated! I will certainly not be ordering from them again.

Luxury price, mediocre product, terrible service

Luxury price for mediocre product and the WORST customer service. They mislead that products are available and ship in time, then only send an email about how was their service after not responding to initial request for update. Being in e-commerce and product development, I can professionally say this brand has a lot more maturity to develop before charging these high prices.
